I visited the Christiansburg, VA Old Navy store on November 22, 2022. I had a few online items…read morethat I needed to return. I came in around 10:00 am. The store was not busy as it was a Tuesday and the store had just opened for the day. Honestly, I chatted online with Old Navy customer service about their return policy. The rep I chatted with was not helpful and that is why I decided to try and get further help from someone in person. A few of my items were several months past the return date. Some of the items were a few weeks old. A few I had just received a few days prior. So I needed to see if I could get any money back, a store credit, or do I need to try and sell the goods to consignment. When I walked in there was a young lady (in a pink sweatshirt and black leggings with shoulder length hair) that was restocking the goodies around the registers. (I'm truly sorry I did not catch her name because she was very nice.) She was able to complete the returns for a couple of my purchases back to my original payment method. For the older things I needed to return, she said something along the lines of, 'Sorry I am unable to return these.' I asked, 'would I be able to get a store credit on any of them?' And with lightning speed she said, "I'll have to get a manager to do that." She then calls for the manager, Amanda. Amanda was super charismatic! I explained that I discussed all my returns with Customer Service and they were not helpful. Amanda empathized with my situation stating that she also has gotten stuck with items she was unable to return because the return window had already expired. She then went the extra mile and returned most of my remaining items back to the original payment. Considering this was just a few days before the holiday season would be in full swing, I needed every penny they were able to return. The kindness and wonderful customer service that these ladies showed me that day deserves a stellar review. After my chat with customer service I was about to give up on ever buying ANYTHING from Old Navy or their affiliates ever again. Now, I am so happy I decided to go into the store because I will gladly shop there again and recommend this store to friends and family. Thank you.

The sad part is my two items were customer pick up, I didn't have a reason to even walk around the store. I like the Christiansburg, Va Target because it's always so clean and the clothes aren't everywhere in the dressing room. I highly recommend you visit.

I always enjoy my time looking through everything and there are always new items every time I walk in. On this most recent shopping experience, the manager had to help my cashier when I had 2 e-gift cards to use on my transaction. He was very quick to step in and show not only her, but 2 seasonal hires that seemed to be training that day, how to apply those to the sale. With that kind of teamwork and training the holiday season should go smoothly! I will be shopping here again soon for sure!

Just had a terrible experience at this particular store. There was a buy two clearance items and…read moreget two free special going on. Which is why I went into the store in the first place. So I bought two pops, a fleece throw, and pants. After looking at the receipt I noticed that I did not receive any of the items for free. When I asked why the associate (Kacy) told me that yellow tags were "clearance" and black tags were "promo". I did not see a sign anywhere explaining the difference between colored tags. So one would assume that any markdown sticker would be considered "clearance". I then said I would like to return the items. She told me I had to sign the original receipt first. So I did. She then refunded the black tagged pops and as she handed me a return receipt she highlighted the part that said "all clearance is final sale". I was not allowed to go back and pick the two free items. I also was not provided with the original receipt as she took it back. I was only given the receipt that had the two returned items on it. There were a couple ways this could have been handled differently and satisfactory. When bringing two clearance items to checkout she could have said "hey you're getting two clearance items, did you know you can pick two more for free?" This would have led to clarification and is just good business practice to make sure customers are informed about specials offers and sales. I also could have been offered the option to go pick out my other two free items. Which would not have been ideal but would have been acceptable. Making me sign the receipt before explaining the returns made me feel, after the fact, cheated. Not being given a receipt for the other products I purchased is just bad business. So in the end I feel victim to their dishonesty and/or ignorance of good customer service. I've never had a bad experience at any Hot Topic before. In fact, it has always been a favorite store of mine. This was my first experience in this particular hot topic and will most definitely be my last. This whole thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I hope that my experience is just an isolated thing.

So today, I followed her instructions , drove back with the Husqvarna pressure washer and a group of employees hovered around, discussing time off and when they would be leaving and told me that their computers cannot hold data/purchase information more than a few months and that Ollie's does not carry this brand.
