He came out early and got things done so they could start on things. Henry was the project manager, and he was very quick and responsive when it was time to move on the project. I found the slab I fell in love with in March, put down a deposit, and they held it for me without a storage fee until December. Henry spent quite a bit of time with me in rearranging the template, found another stone that matched what I had, as we needed another piece to finish everything, and was very patient with my inexperience in knowing anything about picking out edges of counters. (Who knew what pencil edge was?!) The Georgia crew delivered things a week later. The 3 guys that installed things were excellent. They were very careful, and it was quite interesting to watch the process. They did no damage to anything in the house, installed the granite very carefully, and also installed my sink. I would highly recommend them. They knew this stone was very special and treated it as such.

I called the company to see if they would come fix it. i was told it would be $275 just to COME TAKE A LOOK. when i was baffled by this, i was told oh it could be $200 instead. LMAO. take your money to any one of the 1000 other granite places that exist and don't get burned like me. PS this doesn't include the fact that this was the second time they had to install after I had to pay $1600 for a new slab after they completely butchered the seam on the first install i'm sure the owner will come on here spewing nonsense about a 1 year warranty. cool, i understand that.. but when you have extremely horrific craftsmanship that falls apart after 1 year and less than 3 weeks - with 1,000 other options, just go somewhere else!!!

Tina helped us through the process of selecting the best stone for our counters but when I took the samples home, we were not happy with the way they looked. We then received a helpful video of a perfect solution that involved cutting away the cracked stone around the sink and dropping in a new farm sink. We told Tina about this option and instead of trying to sell us all new counters, she agreed with this solution and recommended a fabulous company to complete the work. She was so helpful and we greatly appreciated her not trying to put a hard sell on the new counters which would have cost a great deal more.
