Well the shops do sell items that are new, but mostly goods that people take in and exchange for cash. When you shop you have to go with some idea of what you are looking for and the quality you want. Fantastic for getting those gadgets you want, ok mainly not up to the minute, but very good for filling that little hole on the gadget shelf. I go in on my visit to town, must admit I'm a bit of a Cash Generator fan. Saved loads of money on lots of items. Bought a digital camera for £30 which was still selling down the road for £65 Do you get a buzz, you bet you do. Staff have never been pushy, always been very helpful and have gone out of their way to help. I have never had any problem taking items back if there is a problem, and usually been given a deal if I have replaced with something else. Will I continue to use the shop ,,,Yes I will Will I get a great deal,,, Yes I will Will I go away clicking my heels in the air ,,, yes I will

Purchased 20 pounds worth of minutes and data during a 8 day trip to england. The data did not…read morework from day one. When I called to complain they said there were several towers out in my area. They said this was not their fault and would not refund my money. I ended up going to ee and paying them 10 pounds for over 10 gigs of data and much better coverage and service. I sincerely hope O2 goes out of business. They truly have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They basically stole my money. Someone should sue them for their business practices

My shop for Mobiles, been with orange for years. Newish…read moresmart shop. Fair amount of mobiles to choose from. And PAYG mobiles too. I have always gone down the PAYG route am happy with that. But that can cut your choice of phone down a bit. Ok down to the Nitty Gritty. Although Orange is my choice I think the quality of service given in the shop is pretty poor. You would expect staff to have a fair amount of knowledge on the workings of the Mobiles , but not been my experience. It's usually a trip back home and a search of the web where I find Mobile phone wizards. I love my mobiles with the Android operating system, it's my choice and I stick with it. But everytime I go in for a new mobile and ask about a model with Android,. I always get the same sales spiel ( patter ) Ohhh Android that will drain your phone, that will take a lot of your internet Quota. That will kick in when you leave home and you can't turn it off. No it dosent drain and no it dosent take alot of your Quota and yes you can turn it off. Arhhhhhh stop giving me all the Rubbish just sell me the mobile I want.
