The lads that work in there although they look a bit young and wet behind the ears, they are actually very knowledgable. Just goes to show appearences can be deceiving. I had never had a contract before or been with o2, but I am glad I am. The whole process from start to finish was so easy and they were really helpful everytime I went back as I didn't know how to work my phone. I spent nearly an hour in the store being given a lesson on how to work the iphone and they really helpful. This surprised me as I thought they would not care as they had already sold the phone so they could of not bothered, glad they did though or I would still be looking for the off button(there isn't one).

Rang them to see how much it would be to replace the screen on my iPhone 5s, I was told £40 over…read morethe phone yet when I got there they said it was £50 and whoever told me that was wrong, even though there are 2 staff there and only one with a scouse accent. It needed doing so I left it, the only fault was the screen cracked everything else worked. When I got the phone back the screen has a yellow tint to it the front camera will not focus and the light sensor does not work, I took it back to them and they wanted to charge me another £30 to replace the camera and sensor and £50 for a new screen! Rip off merchant, avoid like the plague!!

Told him phone did not appear to be charging so was surprised when he called 2 days later to say it needed a new screen at an additional cost of £50 but agreed. I was told the repair would be completed on Friday (6 days after dropping the phone off) but heard nothing so went in on the Saturday morning to be told "we are just starting on it now". When I complained that it was meant to be repaired by the day before and that he had the phone for a week he became extremely rude and obnoxious entering into a foul mouth tirade with the F word used frequently. He then said if we didn't like it we could have the phone back unrepaired to which we agreed but he then demanded £40 even although he had not repaired the phone. He finally agreed to repair the phone that day and we said we would return at 5 minutes to 4 , his reply was "don't be late" and when I replied "please don't close early" he entered into a further foul mouthed tirade with frequent use of the f word. Low and behold he called 2 hours later to say that they had discovered that there was also a problem with the "main board" (funny how they did not notice this when they first decided it needed a new screen) and that he could not repair it and we should come and collect it. Do not use this shop. He is not only extremely rude and aggressive but is at the very least incompetent for not realising that there was a problem with the "main board" when appraising what was wrong with the phone. I am awaiting confirmation as to when and how the "main board" came to be damaged as it does seem very strange that it was not noticed by him when he first examined the phone to diagnose the problem with it and that it was only "discovered" after I had complained to him.
