Went down today, they cleaned the port and checked to see if it was charging again properly before taking further action. Although I take the mickey, these places are godsends if your beloved phone IS poorly, and they can generally diagnose and cure on the spot or within the day. I refuse to leave my phone overnight though because, well, I'm not stupid....

Adrian the repair engineer was not only polite, cheerful and helpful, but really knew his stuff too. Lovely guy. He went that extra mile for me and now I definitely won't need to go anywhere else for phone repairs and will be recommending Angel to friends & family. Due to the nature of the problem we thought my phone probably needed a couple of parts replacing, but when Adrian took it apart he saw it only needed a good clean up which cost a lot less.
