Purchased 20 pounds worth of minutes and data during a 8 day trip to england. The data did not work from day one. When I called to complain they said there were several towers out in my area. They said this was not their fault and would not refund my money. I ended up going to ee and paying them 10 pounds for over 10 gigs of data and much better coverage and service. I sincerely hope O2 goes out of business. They truly have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They basically stole my money.
