Great company, I broke my mac and sent it to the official apple shop, they said that it would cost £680 to fix it (basically replace everything inside). I then tried this company and left it with them in the morning, i got it back in the afternoon of the same day for a fraction of the price. Overall a great company to work with, can't recommend it highly enough. read more

Established in 1990.

Originally one of the first Apple authorised service providers for Manchester, we where the go to shop recommend by Apple directly to cover all in and out of warranty repairs to Apple Macintosh models. In the last couple of years we have gone freelance and still provide high quality repairs, but our cost are now up to 50% cheaper than direct. Our on site engineer is a Certified Macintosh technician so you can be sure you beloved Apple item is in good hands. We offer a while-u-wait screen repair service on iPhone, and iPod. All models of iPhone 4, 4S, 5, 5C, 5S. and new iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. We also offer a pick-up and drop off service within 10 miles of Manchester city centre.

Not competent, or trustworthy, avoid. My iPhone 3gs was having problems after a bit of minor water damage. The phone was still working, but the power button needed cleaning and the phone was occasionally getting no service. After reading the reviews here I took my phone in to this company. They offered to replace my power button for £35 which sounded reasonable. When i arrived to pick up my phone i was told that the whole back needed replacing at a cost of £50 because the components are all in the case and it needed changing. This was nonsense as anyone familiar with the internal workings of an iphone can tell you, or you can watch in an assembly/disassembly video. I challenged this and was told the back would not align. I refused to have a new back fitted and asked for my phone back, I paid for the £35 power button. The phone would randomly switch on and off and I could see the gap in the case near the power button, which was not there previously. I opened the phone myself and fitted the case correctly. The cost of a second hand iphone 3gs would have been only £60, why would they advise paying £85. read more

I am overly impressed with the friendliness, promptness, and overall service. went to the Apple store twice and was told there was nothing they could do to fix my iphone with minimal water damage within the home button area. Took it to these guys and it was fixed for under £30. I highly recommend them for your phone repairs in Manchester. read more

Excellent service. They replaced my Iphone LCD in 10 minutes. Its now as good as gold. Service was fat, effecient and friendly. Reasonable price too. Definitely recommend these guys, and you get the peace of mind as the engineers have been trained by Apple. read more
