The store staff seemed rather friendly, albeit inside the store was quite small, he seemed to work with some of his family, wife and younger children besides him as it appeared the children had just returned home from school, or something of that nature when I called in. NJ Mobiles offered me a rather generous quote on my old phone, which I accepted as it was considerably better than what the likes of CeX and Game were offering me, and the amount was perfect for me as it matched the amount that I would have to pay Tesco Mobile to terminate my contract early, by paying off the usage of my phone, ahead of getting the Iphone 7 Plus with O2, after O2 offered me a much better deal than Tesco. The selection of phones here is average, but that is the trade in a way, reliant on what people bring in and of course, unlike the likes of CeX, Game and Cash Converters, it isn't a large chain which can rely on the big company to help in terms of stocking things. Overall, good staff and generous offers to trade-in old phones earn this place a solid three-star rating, selection of phones to buy and other slight issues such as the overall size of the store, do slightly let this place down.

Went down today, they cleaned the port and checked to see if it was charging again properly before taking further action. Turns out it was and a good proper clean was all it needed instead of repairing. No charge!!. Couldn't of asked for anything better :) (Very good health and safety guidelines too within the shop)

It'll be fixed. The guys that run easy tel can sort you out with anything that has a current in it. I had phones unlocked, relocked and lost the most random wires for devices, when I show up at easy tel they'll have something to sort it out, for a fiver. For those without internet (blasphemous) then head there you can flick through reviews on yelp for hours for 50p.

I asked for them to replace the cracked digitiser (glass) on my iPad mini when visiting the shop…read more(£55). To cut a long story short, after 4 visits over 8 working days find the iPad mini is actually in worse condition than when I gave it to them - a crack on the corner screen probably caused by a trapped cable or something pushing one side of the home button and not making all of the glass flush. This was not noticed as the crack was in the corner of the device and this was their second attempt on the repair as the iPad was misbehaving due to a loose connector when they replaced the glass the first time (my focus was on the screen working and reacting as it should). When contacting the technician he gave replies which seemed to relate to a different customers device and compounded the problem of the technician only coming into store only on a Tuesday of each week and the breakdowns in communication between the shop staff and himself made clear. The Customer service and actual repair was really poor and had a very bad experience with this so I'd give it a wide berth unless you only need to buy a phone, accessory or have a very basic phone tablet query.
