My most recent project included quotes for three projects, of which I followed through with one--remote controlled blind for two skylights. The process was seamless: I contacted Debbie, we agreed on a time that suited us both, she measured and made recommendations based on my needs. Shortly afterwards, I received a quote, once I gave the go ahead, we scheduled an installation date. The installer came at the exact time that he indicated he would arrive and let me know the steps and approximate time he would be at my house and gave me a tutorial on how to use the blinds. I always go back to Debbie because I can always expect this level of service. I never feel pressured to fulfill all the quotes that she provides. In fact, I have put several project on hold and returned to them years later, and Debbie has been equally accommodating! Further, working with Debbie is like working with a good friend, I always feel like she has my best interest in mind when picking out products and I never feel rushed to make a decision.

As everyone says, Bill and Linda are total professionals. It was so easy to schedule them. Linda showed me options and helped me choose what I liked best, and Bill handled the measurements. They are very confident, efficient, and make a great team. Installation went incredibly smooth as well. It was done very quickly, and everything fit like a glove. You can definitely tell this is not their first rodeo. They have been doing this for several decades. I'm so happy with my new blinds! The price was right, and they are wonderful people on top of it.

I have only been a landlord for a relatively short period and have zero experience in purchasing blinds. I literally hopped on Yelp and started dialing numbers and sending emails. Lisa from Budget Blinds Bdale got back to me instantly. Not only that, she was able to schedule an appointment at the rental property way sooner than I was expecting (maybe a day). Her expertise was exactly what I was looking for. She understood the situation and had a great feel for what I was looking for. I braced myself for the quote - not bad at all. Granted, I have never bought blinds before but I could tell the quote was competitive. That was reaffirmed after I got a second quote for the blinds. I am not the type of guy who shops around and looks for the best price (unless it's beer). Budget Blinds made me feel super comfortable, they had competitive pricing, and EXCELLENT warranty for the blinds, which is imperative for a rental property. The blinds got installed and they look and feel soooo nice. I low key want to live there now! And high key - anyone looking for a blind supplier - this is the spot. I highly recommend and will def use for future instances.

Well that same day I had another company come out and quote me and I was quoted 6k! I was like oh wow, maybe I can't afford to cover these doors. So I was like cool, come on out. They sent Ryan out, who I believe is also the owner, and he was very nice, patient, not salesmenny and understood what I was wanting and pointed me to the exact blinds I picked out earlier with the other group. His quote came in at $2900. Wow! So I was a little nervous there had to be a catch or that install would be terrible. 4 weeks later, the installer comes. I can't remember his name, but he was the nicest kid, and he did an amazing job, asked me to take a look in the middle of the project to make sure I was happy. It was just a really great install.
