Carlos was fast to respond to my request to come survey the job, was considerate of my time and my bank account, and didn't hassle me about booking with him. Even though it took me 4 business days to take him up on his quote, he was a pleasure to schedule with, and fit me in within 48 hours of me contacting him. On the morning of the tree trimming, his team showed up promptly at 7:30am, and got to work on what I thought would be an all day affair. They were done by noon, with no mishaps, no issues, no fallen tree limbs, and seemingly no hassle. At my request, they chopped up the larger portions of the tree limbs (precariously overhanging my garage), and stacked them up for firewood use later in the year! They ground up everything else, cleaned up the little debris they had made, and wrapped up with so little hassle you'd think their job was easy- and it definitely is NOT! They accept credit card or cash, which is nice to have an option. I am so happy to no longer be worried about a tree limb crashing into my house, or destroying my garage.
