The sales agent here failed to tell me a copper line could not be used for the installation of the…read morerefrigerator I had purchased. The installers were unhappy that this critical information had not been relayed and said they had asked repeatedly that customers be told an installation cannot be done with a copper line. We had to make an emergency call to a plumber to complete the installation, which cost $250. When I later asked the sales agent about this, she immediately admitted she had failed to tell me and offered to personally reimburse me, which I advised her not to do. The store ultimately agreed to reimburse me for the $250 expense, BUT along with their check sent a letter completely distorting the facts of the case, saying that I had in fact known about the copper line problem and specifically claiming "This payment does not acknowledge any failure or responsibility on our part. Finally, we will not be able to accommodate your appliance and furniture needs in the future." Buyers, beware.

They had exactly what we wanted. Not only did they have REAL leather, their prices for real leather were cheaper than the bonded/pleather sofas at the other stores - AND, we happened to be leaving town the next day so they delivered our set a half hour after we purchased it. Talk about service! We liked them so much we have since returned for our side/end tables and our kitchen table & chairs. Again, the quality and prices couldn't be beat. If you are on the hunt for furniture, you have to check them out. Locally owned, friendly, affordable & quality products. What a find!

I bought two beautiful leather couches from Claude Browns. Anyway, that's what they sold them as,…read morewas leather. Two years later and the color is rubbed off the arms on the main couch we use. And there is a big spot missing color in the middle of the other couch. I called to talk to someone and, no, can't help you, out of warranty. Then they suggested I use a color matching team to put color back in it. Umm, excuse me, real leather should not lose its color. I had a navy blue one for 15 years that never looked worn. So I'm guessing this is not real leather, and if not, I would have liked my money back. Instead i got crickets. I will not buy another piece of furniture from them. On the other hand, I absolutely love their carpet cleaning and plan to have them here before Christmas this year. We shall see.
