Texas hill country flash floods are no joke, and with the awning stuck I was stranded and could not move to higher ground. Leigh spent 30 minutes on the phone with me Sunday afternoon doing very thorough electrical troubleshooting & nothing worked. He graciously agreed to come first thing Monday morning (he was therefore late to another appt which left him an undeserved nasty review). *** He was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, and I would absolutely hire him again! *** We eventually had to detach the control module after it repeatedly extended by itself, will need to get a new one.

She has been extremely helpful - texting me a picture, getting it ordered, and shipped to the Kansas City area super fast. Couldn't be happier with the entire process. I personally wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Quick update: Even the driver who delivered my hood was impressed with the way it was packaged. It was packaged nicely in a box and then crated. The driver said a lot of people ship only using a box & the chances of damage are increased dramatically - the way this was packaged was fantastic. Everything was great!

The girl at the pickup counter said she couldn't do or find anything in her system and complained the whole time even after I gave her the transaction number. Well this is just bad customer service for a business that doesn't have anyone waiting to be helped. I gave her my receipt number and she said it didn't show paid for and she didn't have a way of looking it up. This is the only reason I gave them 3 stars only because she really didn't even try to help. She complained the whole time to everyone that she had phone problems. She called in someone else who quickly found it and we waited another 15 minutes before it was brought out. Otherwise I believe you could get any part needed here and would give them another chance despite the lack of service from this one employee. Very nice business. Knowing that they are a small business we called ahead of time to schedule an appointment to view the camper we found through a third party listing. They responded almost immediately and remained very easy to get ahold of through the entire experience. They stayed a bit after hours for us to view the camper, answered all our questions, and - part of what we enjoyed the most - applied absolutely NO pressure to purchase whatsoever! Not once did we ever feel like we were being talked into a purchase. They wanted us to do what was best for our family and it was obvious! We agreed to purchase the camper on a handshake and let them know we would have to get some business in order. A couple of weeks later once all business was handled on our end we showed up for our scheduled final walk through and Darrell talked my husband and I through every inch of the camper as requested. He even generously helped my husband install a goose box attachment for no additional charge. We can't speak highly enough about Cripple Creek RV and, while we don't plan on selling or purchasing another RV anytime soon, we hope to return when the time comes. Thank you, Lori and Darrell!
