I am temporarily living out of the area, but always make Eddie's one of my first restaurant visits when I return home. My favorite food is true Italian recipe based and Eddie's uses some of the finest ingredients and seasonings I've sampled. These limited edition offerings are available all month long and everyone a stand-out in my opinion. Lunch specials are a real value and the quality is never compromised. Yes, the shopping center may not look like it did years ago, but that has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of this restaurant. In fact, on any given night, you may still have trouble finding a close parking spot because Spaghetti Eddie's is packed! When it comes to something as serious as a food allergy, however, I strongly believe we all have a responsibility to advocate for our own safety as well. If you have a severe allergy, it is always wise to double-check your order before leaving the restaurant. Placing the entire burden on a young employee--who may even be working their very first job--without acknowledging our own responsibility seems unfair.
