Millie is a senior dog now with several health challenges and allergies, and the crew has taken the absolute best care of her. They've genuinely become our extended family. The owner David welcomed her into his family when we were traveling -- she had the absolute best time playing with his little kids. Chris (and Olivia!) have been extended family to us too, helping with walks when we needed the most, and Millie is so excited every time she sees them. Kayla and Wes are the sweetest. Millie had a medical emergency when we were travelling and Wes promptly took her to emergency room and making sure she got the treatment she needed. Millie wags her tail whenever she is picked up. We've had a few different walkers over the last few years and have never been disappointed -- CH always made sure to put Millie in a pack that was the best fit for her needs. Our neighbors have stopped us so many times just to ask who our walker is, because Millie looks so happy walking with them. Booking and cancellation is also so easy through their app, and management is super responsive. I'd trust them with my fur baby with my eyes closed, we're sad to leave CH as we move to another city. Since Franky has been with Amad he's turned into the most gentle of dogs, always looking to play with other puppies and socialize. Amad is hands down the best dog walker we've found in San Francisco (after dealing with some pretty spacey/untrustworthy types). Amy is hands down the best groomer we've ever had for our goldendoodle, Charlie. Charlie is a curly boy weighingover 90 pounds, and Amy somehow does a full groom in under 3 hours!!! We've had other groomers keep him all day, so we really appreciate how efficient she is without ever sacrificing quality. Even better, Charlie actually gets excited to go see her, which says everything. He's been hesitant to return to other groomers in the past, but he happily walks into Pet Time Spa. Amy always listens to exactly how we want his coat trimmed and gives him the CUTEST doodle cut every time. She keeps his fluffy afro looking perfect, cleans up around his eyes so he can actually see (his face hair grows so fast!), and he always comes home looking adorable. One thing I especially appreciate is that she takes the time to let us know if there were any areas where Charlie had started to get matted, so we know where we need to brush more before his next appointment. It's clear she genuinely cares about his comfort and wants to help us keep his coat healthy between grooms. Scheduling with Amy is also incredibly easy. We can usually get an appointment within a few days, which has been so convenient. If you have a doodle (especially a large one), I can't recommend Amy enough. She's talented, kind, efficient, and Charlie absolutely loves her. We wouldn't trust anyone else with his hair!
