Save yourself the trouble of living in a poorly managed and run apartment building. I have lived in over 5 downtown Seattle apartments in my life and this one is by far the worst!!! Don't let the nice lobby and the "amenities" on their website fool you, no one here cares about the residents and for a place advertising 24/7 concierge service that's the opposite of what you get. Ever since we moved in we've been harrassed by our next door neighbor and it seems management is doing nothing about it. We never received the maintenance fixes that we outlined on our move in day so we've been living with a filthy deck and bird poop on all our windows from day one. To top it all off management has changed three times in the last 5 months so you can't get a straight answer about what is up and what is down. I have had packages stolen from the "package receiving" room 3 times and there's no sign of management doing anything. There is constantly dog poop on the roof everywhere, not just in the dog run, again management seems to have no response. And my most recent frustration, the gym closure. I am a very reasonable person and I completely understand that during COVID lockdown the gym needed to be closed however, all gyms are now open in town and every one of my friends apartment gyms has been opened as well. Our buildings response to dozens of requests to open our gym? "We can't seem to figure out a way to clean it...." Is it rocket science? No. When bringing up the fact that we pay for these amenities their response was simply " You actually do not pay an amenity, you pay rent." These people are rude, lazy and could care less about the residents living in their building. The second we find a home we will be breaking our lease at whatever cost necessary and getting out of here! I highly recommend looking at other buildings in the area. read more
