During that transaction Steve made some very poor choices including placement of his own vehicle because our lot its small, causing him to damage my car while operating his lift. I can completely understand that nobody is perfect and mistakes do happen, but a professional driver hitting someone's car, looking to see if there are cameras, then driving off is the worst kind of person. I called the company thinking, it's ok I'll just get their insurance information, and was met with extreme unprofessionalism. In fact, Steve, and a younger man from this company returned to my house, again checked for cameras, and said "nobody can prove anything" before speeding off, almost hitting other vehicles in my lot (never once denying these incident happened). At this point, the damage to my vehicle has been estimated at $1500! This is completely insane.
