It bled and stayed sore for about a week and a half afterward. I also had a cleaning done, but it wasn't very thorough. Their prices weren't bad, especially considering they're out of network -- something I didn't find out until after I paid. They weren't terrible, but the overall patient experience and professionalism just weren't strong enough for me to want to return.

To see all the success they have had within these past years is truly a blessing to such good people. Dr. Pinner AND his team genuinely care about all of their patients and the quality of their work. It's hard to find that nowadays! As a kid, I never cared much for my dentists after having such a poor experience with butchered work. I chipped my tooth when I was 11, and after 2 dentists later, Dr. Pinner fixed my chip that has lasted to this day into my adult life. I haven't lived in the Northwest area for over 9 years now, but to this day, Dr. Pinner remains the most pivotal dentist I have had.

As lots of places, this dental officer has its pros and cons…read more CONS: - The office staff need to work better when it comes to scheduling appointments, they put all these people in with not enough time for the dentist to treat each patient which leads to long waiting times, sometimes almost an hour wait after your appointment time because there are just so many people there. PROS: - Dr. Carolina Burakowski was fast and so great. I had to get my top two wisdom teeth pulled and once I was actually in her office, it took not a whole 10 minutes and I was done. She's great at what she does and is fast and efficient. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER. SHES WORTH THE WAIT. Also she sat down with me before and after and let me know what we were going to do and the care treatments afterwards. - She made me feel very comfortable since I'm not a big fan of the dentist and she definitely knew her stuff and answered all my questions without hesitation. Clean office with lots of great people. Just wish the office staff could work on scheduling. I recommend Dr. Carolina Burakowski! You won't regret it!!

Very Disappointed With This Dental Office specially with Dr. T smithson…read more I'm very disappointed with my experience. I went in expecting a routine visit but was later billed for services my insurance did not cover, including a $404 3D scan and a $129 saliva test. No actual dental treatment was performed--only an X-ray, saliva test, and 3D scan. I was not informed that these diagnostic services could result in such a high out-of-pocket cost. The pricing and insurance coverage should have been clearly explained before any tests were done. Patients deserve full transparency, especially for expensive procedures. I strongly recommend others ask for the cost of every service in advance and confirm insurance coverage beforehand.

I came in for a teeth cleaning, covered by Delta Insurance for $0, and left owing an "estimated" $3882.48! For instance, the usual & customary fees or U.C.F. Lists 3M 5000 toothpaste for $299! The E.F."estimated fee" is dropped to $30.00. Amazon sells it for $15.80 with out insurance! The 3M PerioMed U.C.F. is $354, E.F. (what I paid) is $30. Again Amazon's price with tax, is $15.14! So I shelled out $62.48 (tax included). That's a $31.54 markup! There are other areas where I am not satisfied with some charges billed. Do the overcharges merit the otherwise satisfactory services performed? Doubtful, I shall soon see. But I hope some adjustments will be made to a more reasonable total.

Poor Customer Service & Scheduling Issues…read more Trinity Dental has serious issues with customer service and communication. My most recent appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM. I arrived at 10:50 AM, only to be told at 11:45 AM that I would need to reschedule because they were short-staffed. No phone call, no text, no advance notice--just nearly an hour of waiting to be told they couldn't see me. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you value your time. This was actually my second visit, and unfortunately my second bad experience. I decided to give them another chance after the first visit had similar problems. During that first appointment, I was taken back for a cleaning and exam, then left sitting in the dental chair for over an hour with no communication or updates. I was later told there was an emergency. Two visits with the same issues shows this isn't a one-time situation, but a pattern. Poor communication, poor scheduling, and lack of respect for patients' time.
