No loving and welcoming side for the kids. For example, this morning we saw Dr. Grace. She came in, stone cold, very serious and didn't have any loving side or compassion with my three year old. They will then send you an immediate text where you fill out the paperwork. The entire process took less than 5 minutes to complete. You can then monitor your place in line via there website, which was quite convenient because you don't have to wait inside their office. There were about 10 patients ahead of us, but they move quite quickly. We checked in at 10:26 and were out by 10:52. Christine performed our tests. She was friendly and very professional. All you need is your drivers license. They accept insurance, but also take patients with no insurance. The test was free of charge. The results were ready less than 48 hours later. They have you check in through their iPad and then fill out a paper form. They collect payment prior to the visit, and without insurance, the cost is $120. English and Spanish are spoken at the office. When I walked in, it was pretty late at night, so it was not crowded. I was visited by the doctor quickly, and the operation began. They send the prescriptions right there, so make sure you have the address and name of your favorite pharmacy at hand. Will definitely return for any messes I find myself in. Thankfully, this experience was very different! A+ Urgent Care made me feel the most comfortable any visit to a doctors office has ever made me feel. There was no wait when I got there and the place was very clean. Rory and Mario (the two at the front desk) were both professional, yet welcoming & amicable. I could easily see myself having a beer with them under different circumstances. I was actually so pleased with how the visit was going, before I'd even seen the doctor, that I was slightly worried I'd be let down upon meeting the doc. Then came in Dr Sotiria Simeonidis. I could write a few paragraphs about the undivided attention and professionalism displayed during our meeting, however, it was the more humanistic qualities such as her empathy and kindness that really made me want to write this review. Not the way a supposedly charitable Catholic organization should be treating the public!! Re the clinic's response, to claim that their falsification of records and over-billing for a routine covid test was a set requirement by the government is outrageous, absurd and an out and out lie!
