The Pro Locksmith team did an outstanding job from start to finish. Everything was installed professionally, the wiring was clean and organized, and the entire system works flawlessly. Communication was excellent throughout the project, and the team was knowledgeable, reliable, and detail-oriented. Managing a project of this size is not easy, but Pro Locksmith delivered exactly as promised. We highly recommend them for any commercial access control, surveillance, or security integration project.

Avi reached out shortly after and was able to provide a quote with just a few details and photos. He showed up the next day on time and ready to work. He pointed out a few possible issues and worked to correct them. He was thorough and accurate in his service delivery. We accrued an additional cost when he advised that our back door locked should also be changed (so we wouldn't need different keys). This cost was justifiable and it didn't feel like an upsell at all. I think the value paid for his time and effort was very well worth it. I plan to use him again.

Pricing was comparable to all other offers, but decided to go with Quick Quick Locksmith since they reached out to me first, and were very transparent throughout the process of me deciding. I have much appreciation for those that work hard and really work at their craft. Their work is warrantied and also included emergency keys in addition to the 3 key fobs I had created.

Although I had sent Joey a video of the project and gotten the estimate, he wouldnt honor it. He said that the price quoted was for coming out to the site, but the add said free estimates. He then that the job entailed longer special screws to the tune of $250. Because of the essence of time restraints and now the urgency of the project, we negotiated to a slightly lesser price. I will never use this company again due to its bait and switch technique.

A few weeks later I went to the physical locksmith store and a lady helped in making some additional keys for our lock. Today (Feb. 19, 2024), I went into the physical location and asked for additional keys to be made (I believe it was the same lady that helped me in the locksmith location a few years back, but I can't say for certain). The lady was very rude to me today and after I explained their technician came to our condo to rekey our lock, and then started arguing and said no this key was made by one of our competitors, not us. And she refused to help me. I was telling her that how could that be possible, it was their technician that came to our condo to assist and she refused to further assist. I have always used this business because they are our local locksmith in our area and we do all of our business with local businesses in our neighborhood. But after this experience today and how rude their employee was (I think it was the owner), I will take my business elsewhere and I don't recommend this business to anyone.
