My ignition key broke off from the FOB while the key was in the ignition and my car would not start. 24 Hours locksmith arrived within 20 minutes and replaced the FOB and the key. I was told there was no connection between the FOB and the key. I went out of town the next day for the 4th of July and did not drive my car for 7 days. When I returned home, the FOB would not unlock /lock the door or open the trunk, but the car was drivable. I was out late last night and the FOB did not work. Today, Friday I called 24 Hours and was told someone could come out Sunday. I need my car operational today. Your equipment/ work is faulty. I paid you in full and gave you a tip. You are 24 Hours Locksmith, and I have to wait till Sunday for you to re-do work you performed and 3 weeks has not passed since you performed the work? That is ridiculous and poor customer service. My has to go on hold for 72 hours. When I stated this was unacceptable and I would have to call my credit card company, he told me to go ahead. And since I had called the credit card company, that meant I no longer needed to the service. What BS ! read more

We had a pretty tough time with the locksmith Levi Sellam. We asked him to install two thumb turn locks, which worked just fine and two combination locks which did not turn out as well. On the first trip out he broke one of the locks and left it as is. On the second trip out he broke the other lock. Each lock costs over $300 and his services were over $500. We are now spending an additional $300 to have the locks fixed with another locksmith. When leaving the last time he told us to "never contact him again" and that even if we did contact him he would "never come back to our site." He was extremely angry. If I'm going to be honest I was a little suspicious of Levi's extremely low prices. I thought to myself what is the catch. I needed keys done for my Honda Civic and I needed them programmed to the cars alarm.
