just now New…read moreRecently, I lost my wedding ring which had never come off my finger since the day I was married In June of 1989. All I can say is that I was pretty distraught at the time because I never thought that I would be able to replace it exactly. Then I remembered great experience I had A few years ago when I had to resize some jewelry at this jewelry store. Luckily, my wife's rang was the same as mine so we took a few pictures And sent them to this jeweler and magically they were able to replace the ring with an even better model. All I can say is there is one word that tells all about this jeweler and that word is quality. Check out the picture below.and you will see what a great job they did helping me to replace this very important piece of jewelry that never came off my finger for nearly 35 years. All I can say is the ring that they made for me is better than the original and when they say they make custom jewelry, they don't just make regular custom jewelry. They make stupendous custom jewelry. That said, I am telling you go to the showroom and talk to Amina because she is a superstar. Before you buy any jewelry check out what they have to offer because everything they have is unique and of very high quality. I was very sad when I first reached out to them, but they may be very happy with the quality of product that they created from scratch. Check out the picture below for proof.

Over a week ago I received apologies but it is still happening. It only takes a few minutes to reply - saying you are busy is not an acceptable excuse. Additionally, one item was not completely repaired the first time. Frustrating. It's disappointing to read good reviews and have this kind of experience. I've left another message and sent another text - PLEASE reply so that I know what is ready so I can pick up my jewelry.

I have to admit something..... I don't live in Boston. Actually, I don't live in Massachusetts…read moreeither. I live 2,978 miles away in Los Angeles, California. Why am I writing a review for Boston, you may wonder? My company has a satellite office in Boston and tasked me with creating a custom metal sign for their lobby. I was not happy about this task for several reasons: this was my first ever custom installation, I work for a persnickety design company, it was our precious logo, and I was 3 hours ahead on the opposite coast. Naturally, I procrastinated....put it off for awhile and then some more, until I overheard my boss telling a VP how I was "all over it" Uhh, Me? Moi? Not exactly all over it, more like just plain "over it"....Ruh-roh, better get busy. I called various sign companies in the Boston area, none of them called me back. Nice. I called a few more, again no response. Were the procrastination gods cursing me? Feeling desperate, I turned to yelp and looked up few more. Within one day, I received a return call from Richard with Ardon Vinyl. Pheew! After our first conversation, I knew immediately that I wanted to work with him. I was very impressed by his smart questions, his patience with my complete ignorance to the process, and his professionalism. To be honest, I was soooo nervous about an expensive custom design installation on the other side of the country and required a lot of hand holding; Richard was there for me-- emailing at off-hours on the east coast in order get back to me, keeping in touch with how it was going, and making great suggestions. He tended to my worries by being totally available, responsive, and helpful. Once it was installed, it was STUNNING. I was like damn, I need to fly these guys out to California and get my office a bad ass sign. It made my day, my week, and maybe even my year. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and hope to use them again soon!

Update: My case…read moremanager ended up dropping the ball on my case. I should have had my medical transportation set up, but she neglected to tell me how. She didn't follow my treatment plan, massively overcharged about her life, and got so overly attached to me that she had a panic attack when I said I didn't want to work with her. Her boss thinks "because" is an appropriate answer to "why X?" And she thinks "calm down" is an effective way to deescalate someone. She outright lied to me when I said I wanted to cease services. She told me I had to wait a year. I spoke to her boss and found out that's not true. In addition to all of this, they haven't provided MY paperwork with MY information to me. The only way to contact your psychiatrist is for the entire office to overhear your issues or to go to the ER. They lie and they're catty and they are very poor problem solvers and communicators. The boss boss told me I could count on her and she never responded to any of my concerns in email or text. This service is elite? Only if you're homeless.

If this Eliot is in anyway part of Eliot in DanversI will warn you to stay away…read more I met with Coli last year . I needed help getting out of a physically abusive situation and she was very unprofessional. She accused me for being abused. She is incredibly judgemental and unsupportive. I felt worse after every appointment and now have been seeing someone else from a diffrent agency in another town. They fully accept me for who I am and have shown me that I am strong and it was Coli who was a abuser. Verbally. She plays mind games with you and makes you feel like a horrible person. If you need help of any sort do not go to the Danvers Eliot. They are not trained professionals and will make you feel worse. I ended up on anti depressants because of her lack of compassion. Thankfully my new counsellor has been great. I have been off the anti depressants for 5 months now. I have control over my life. I will not let her put me down or advise anyone to go there unless they want to be talked into harming themselves. She needs serious help

The rest of the store had amazing stock - he showed me a 1923 Monroe Doctrine Centennial commemorative half-dollar coin, with two faces on the front (I'd never seen that) and on the back, North & South America drawn in art-deco fashion as two people - fascinating! I recently called this dealer and asked if he would consider doing that. The employee who answered the telephone told me to come to the store to discuss this offer. When I arrived the store was empty except for the owner and another employee. After I explained my offer, the dealer brusquely responded "Not worth my time!" Thinking that he might have mistaken that I was referring to the valuable coins in the display case, I clarified that I only wanted him to consider trading any silver coins that did not have numismatic value (sometimes called "junk silver"). He repeated "Not worth my time!". I pointed to his employee and asked if that fellow could help me. The owner brusquely replied "He works for me. No!" Finally, I asked if he buys Kennedy half dollars that contain 40% silver. The owner said that he did -- but he would not tell me how much he pays because "the spot price of silver varies each day." (In fact, it generally varies by only 1-2%.) Of course this coin dealer has the right to decide how to conduct his business. But he was so unpleasant that I won't return there to buy or sell coins. I previously have told local bank tellers that if they encounter a customer cashing in a coin collection that they inherited, they should advise that person to go to the coin dealer in Stoneham and learn the value of that collection. I will change which dealer I tell bank tellers to use.
