Do not go here unless it is an absolute emergency. They're not 24/7, so I'm not sure why they're named that, but even still this is a terrible office for any appointments being made. You'll be waiting an hour on average. Over 3 years at this dentist and I've avoided posting this because I keep holding out hope things will change. To be clear here: YOU WILL BE WAITING BEETWEEN 30 minutes to an HOUR on an appointment. I promise. Once you're taken back and seated you will be waiting another 10 - 30 minutes again. If you confirm 8:30 - you just won't get in before 9. A coin flip says you may even get in around 9:30. You might assume it's a rare unfortunate delay. This is a baseline average. Yet, every single appointment throughout the years is the same and I've had partial dentures, multiple extractions and post op checkups, denture adjustments and my girlfriend has had appointments as well. Always goes like this. The kicker is I've been in as a walk-in multiple times and actually end up getting in much quicker. They don't have enough dentists for the patient load and if you confirm your appointment days in advance you'll likely need to confirm it day before. If you do not, they will surrender your appointment and treat you as a walk in. I understand this to a degree but only if in turn appointment times go as scheduled yet they never do. The staff knows this but reluctantly admit that it's common when pressed but give no realistic expectation that you'll be waiting over a half an hour past your scheduled time. I assume they're not allowed to. On the upside - the dentist I see frequently - Singh - is pretty good from what I can tell. However it is transparent to no fault of his own he is bouncing between rooms like a rabid squirrel just trying to keep up while the person I spend most of the time talking to has to go back and forth between him and I to answer questions. I don't expect a gentle therapist I just expect to not feel like I'm holding things up when I had to wait an hour to get seen. I continue to go here because the front desk staff is nice - not fake nice - like is common in medical offices, but MOSTLY because of my partial dentures. If I just went here for checkups I wouldn't bother writing this I'd just go somewhere else. Again - this is not on the staff or the skill set of the dentists. They just aren't quite enough to makeup for the terrible scheduling management. I started writing this 20 minutes after my apt was scheduled. It is now 55 minutes after and I am still in the waiting room. If you see my family, tell them i miss them but the waiting room is all I know anymore, and I expect by the time I'm released things will have changed too much. I may die in this chair. So three months ago I had to have a crown replaced. After consultation, I was handed a paper with a quote of $700. I considered it a contract and I signed it. The placement of my new crown was so so and was not finished properly. I had to come back a week later because I was in pain and it turned out, my new crown was not properly sized to fit my mouth. Adjustments were made and I had to put up with pain because my bone was bruised. Now, I receive a bill for another $149. I'm told this is for my temporary crown. News to me! I am now waiting to see them in court if they still choose to try and collect this money. read more

Had an extraction today. I had zero pain. It was uncomfortable but tolerable. Dr and assistant were very nice. Got me in at my appointment time and out pretty quickly. I went in very stressed but they calmed my fears. All in all it was a good visit and I would recommend. read more

The waiting time was quite a bit longer than I anticipated due to insurance but as far as getting a tooth pulled the doctor that I had did a good job I didn't have any trouble with it afterwards just the length of time was not good to have a tooth pulled I got there at 15 to 4:00 and got back home at 7:15. Dr Shirley is a quack!!!!!!! Went for a bad tooth, sent me to Dental Salutions to have 2 teeth extracted and was to go back to 24/7 for a cavity. Went back and they wanted to fill the wrong tooth, explained to them it was not that tooth and Shirley said he didn't have time to fix the right tooth. I wish I could leave no stars. We took my 14 yo foster son on two weeks ago because he was in pain, sat for two hours before they told us they would not see him. They gave him an appointment a few days later at which time they said he needed to come back sk now two weeks in we arrive at his appointment for root canal and they had given his appointment to someone else (we were not late) because we didn't confirm. The reminder they sent did not have an option to confirm, it was just a reminder. They were extremely rude, unapologetic, and unacomodating and we end up leaving. Dont waste your time with this unprofessional and inept company. They keep scheduled patients waiting, taking walk-ins first. Male employee, bald head with ponytail and extremely obese female employee with dark hair and glasses were physically gropping each other in clear view of waiting room. Waiting room had trash laying around, floor was sticky and bits and pieces of who knows what. Heard a child screaming several times along with a drilling sound. Didn't seem to care to do requested treatment I made appointment for. Seemed to be more concerned about racking up charges on my insurance. Front desk staff and support staff seemed to lack even basic communication skills. Overheard multiple conversations discussing of patient care. I made an appointment due to a toothache. Told them which tooth hurt and seemed infected and they took extra x-rays. Dentist comes in and just looking at the x-ray and no exam says there needs to be an extraction. Tooth removed okay, and when numbness wore off, I realized it wasn't the infected tooth, which still hurt. Went back, explained, another x-ray, and waiting for the dentist when an assistant comes in and tells me he was told I was there to have a tooth extracted. I said no, and that I hadn't even seen a dentist yet. Later, a dentist, looking annoyed to have to take time to talk, said he heard I had questions about an extraction. I said I had a tooth ache and would like to have it looked at. He said x-ray showed the need for an extraction and when asked if that was the only option, I was told if I wanted to save the tooth, it would take a root canal. I told him I preferred to save the tooth and was told there was nothing they could do for me that day. Basically, I was there twice and no one even looked in my mouth. If examined the first time, they would have realized the tooth they were extracting wasn't the problem. I don't know if they make their money off of extractions or what, but little patient communication and it would seem like they would at least do an exam. I have had some good experiences there when Dr. Johnson was there, but he is no longer with them. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! I recently had an extraction here, a few days later I found I still have a piece of tooth left in my gums along with partial gum splitting. They have refused to see me as walk in patient, telling me I must wait 3 days for an appointment with the same dentist that removed it. Stated the current Dr. on shift CANNOT see me because "he didn't know what the other Dr. did".. I thought ALL doctors are expected to have the same level of knowledge and skill!! Why advertise as an " emergency dentist " if you cannot treat an emergency?!! And shall I mention when Dr. Singh did the extraction, he came in pulled my check open like a damn fish. Didn't use a separator, dental dam..nothing. just pulled my cheek open and yanked And walked out. I've never been treated damn fish to throw back in the pond. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My wife was in pain all weekend and on Sunday she couldn't wait any longer so we went to 24/7 Dental. The dentist took an x ray and referred her to an oral surgeon. After consulting with 3 other dentists, they all took a look and within 2min had all come to the same conclusion- the issue that she was referred for was not what was causing her pain. She needed a simple extraction. If the dentist had taken 10min and actually done his job we could've gotten this taken care of that day instead of running around town to find a dentist that could fit her in. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! THE SECRETARYS AT THE DESK ARE RUDE AND I ACTUALLY GOT LAUGHED AT BY THEM AFTER I COMPLAINED AFTER SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR 3 1/2 HOURS. I have my child with his caregiver, and was supposed to be gone for an hr so to prove to the caregiver that I really was still at the dentist office I recorded a video clip of the office. The secretary's then said for me to stop recording and laughed when I told them why I had to show where I was located! They are unprofessional, as there were 3 rude secretary's claiming to only have 1 dentist in the building. This is terrible service! When i arrived the waiting room was over flowing woth people needing seen. Most were walk in's and they were also seen before me. I had a scheduled appointment.. maybe they were discriminating against me because i was present with my spouse who is also a female. This place needs to be investigated or shut down. Very unprofessional. The woman that called us back to be seen also would not let us go back together. This is discrimination! I had a painful mouth and didn't know what was the problem was. It started Friday and I thought I would wait till Monday for my dentist to open. Well do to spring break the office was closed for 4 days. I walked in and told them the issue I was having. Filled out the forms, they looked up my insurance in I was in a room with in 15 minutes. I got an X-ray and they looked at my teeth. They dentist told me I needed a root canal and found a cavity I didn't know I had. I opted to get the tooth removed and the cavity fixed. I was numbed and fix my cavity first the removed my wisdom tooth. they explained everything and it was a great experience, as far as going to the dentist goes. For a little over $100 and maybe 2 hours I call this a win. read more

I would not hesitate to recommend 24/7 dental to any of my family and friends. We had a horrible experience with another dental office in my town earlier in the day and called several other offices to see if they could help. We let them know what we were needing and wanting. She took the time to ask the doctor if it was something they could do (extraction of a tooth that another doctor said was too infected for same day extraction) and she said he would look at it and if it's able to be done the same day then they most definitely would. We were there as a walk in. Waiting about 30-40 min or so. They were so kind and attentive. They called him back. Did X-rays and pictures and seen the doctor shortly after. He was the most kind and caring man. He talked to us about what he could and would be willing to do. We signed paperwork and he had both teeth out within 10 min with zero issues. There wasn't even an infection like the other doctor stated. Thank you so much for your kind, attentive and caring staff. You guys were amazing! read more

We had a ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE experience. My mother went in there and had a tooth pulled. They did not prescribe her any pain medicine. So i called the office and said she is in alot of pain. They said the Ibeprofin should be good enough. Are you kidding me??? Ive always got pain medicine when i had a tooth pulled. And they did not care at all that she is in pain and suffering.. I called to make an appointment to have a tooth surgically removed. It had broken in half and could not be pulled using traditional extraction methods. When making the appointment I was informed the oral surgeon would be in on Friday. Consequently I made the appointment for Friday so the oral surgeon could do the job. My appointment was for 1:00pm so I arrived at 12:45 to complete any necessary paperwork. At 1:30 I was still sitting in the waiting room so I inquired at the desk how much longer it would be and was advised it would be a few more minute. I asked for something more definitive and was told 5 more minutes before the room could be cleaned for my consultation. I indicated that my appointment was for a surgical removal and was informed it required a $75 consultation first. In addition I was then informed that it would be linget than the 5 minutes I was told. By then it was 1:35 and I decided it would be better to find another dentist. Why would they confirm an appointment for a surgical extraction only to cgange it once I arrived? Why was I required to wait 35 minutes with no explanation? Needless to say I cannot recommen this dental practice. They appear to be more interested in filling their cash register than showing any type of common courtesy. read more
