Like I said, I'm from California, and then my husband is from New Mexico. We have had... mixed experiences in getting authentic, flavorful Mexican food in Minnesota. This stuff? Legit. The burrito could probably feed two people with an appetizer. It's a little higher priced than your typical plate of tacos but the quality of the food is always top notch, the kitchen is open and clean, and I've never left hungry or without leftovers.
