My sales person was Tainisha (Ty). She was so helpful in narrowing down my choices based on my budget and sleep style. After lying down on 5 mattresses, I picked my first choice hybrids: Tempur-Pedic Adapt-memory foam and Prana Karma with talalay latex. I spent the night doing research on both memory foam and latex and decided latex was better for me. Went back the next day, purchased my hybrid mattress and saved $$ because of Memorial weekend sales. Also got a bamboo pillow because you can never have too many pillows. Lol. New mattress gets delivered next week. My aching back is very excited.

I knew I couldn't just take home because the item was heavy as heck and if I took home I would put off and procrastinate. Wilson is centrally located on Washington ave north haven. Owner graciously met me downstairs, removed item from my car and took the time to inspect the item and point out the "gem" I procured as he compared my lounge to the "prefab won't-last-five-years chaise lounges of today. He asked questions on where the item will be stored (high traffic va low traffic areas of home) and when i answered he provided a plethora of fabrics to consider. Most importantly, he did NOT expect full payment that day! Whew!! What a relief. Starting a new business is expensive so not having to make full payment before work commenced made my day. Chair is absolutely a transformation. Comfortable and I can't wait to use as a prop. Love the oatmeal color I chose.

And a family heirloom should now see more generations to come. Thanks again Rich! Service and Skill are top notch. Rob

From an informative, patient and friendly salesman (Joe) to everyone else in the store, we were treated as well as we could have desired. Prices were a bit lower than those of other dealers, too. The delivery was seamless, respectful of our home, and completed by two very pleasant people. They also have an extraordinary gift shop, which we found to be a hidden gem in itself. In all respects we find this store to be a refreshing departure from other furniture stores, and it will be our go-to place from here forward.
