I don't think I paid more than what I would have by buying through a web site, but I would gladly have done so to get the kind of service offered here. The service makes a huge difference when it comes to making decisions you'll be happy with in the long run. The shop is small, jammed with furniture, and may not give a great initial impression. But what ends up at your house (on time, delivered by the owner) is fantastic. I could not be happier with the furniture and with the whole experience here.

They have sooooo many to choose from. They vary greatly with some being modern and some looking like theve been there since the store opened. They definitely have the gamit of styles covered and Most are reasonably priced. Then there are the little touches to make your house a home, like rugs and pillows, or the many forms of decorative art inside. I've never actually purchased any of the furniture so I can't speak to the quality but It looks good and They offer unique as well as classic styles. In recent years, they have cleaned up and discarded many of the older odds & ends that were probably there since I was born. That was part of what I used to like about this store; finding useful things from the 70/80/90's that are no longer made but still were useful. But also cleaning it up, did make the overall store look better... Told a house rehabber about this place and he didn't have a clue. Most people just don't know. It doesn't have the fancy bells & whistles, or the fancy lights or sign to draw you in. All I can say is that if you know, you know! I will always try to support a family business over a big box store any day!

I did not ask for a refund. But she ignored my email and didn't bother to acknowledge her mistakes, apologize, etc. No response.
