Things are a little pricy, but the owner is really nice, as he says your paying for the good shi and none of the crap.

Atmosphere is pretty chill and the imported snacks and drinks are a unique experience. You can also get mystery boxes for a fair price.

I've tried ice cream all over CT and I just keep coming back. When I'm home from college I go…read morearound once a week because their ice cream is just so good. My favorite flavors are red velvet, mud, chocolate fudge brownie, and banana cream pie. We also love the chocolate covered strawberry shake. Their sorbet is really good too. Chocolates are divine, the best ones are the caramel crunch bar, caramel marshmallow, and hazelnut chocolates. They also have dole whip!! Their candy sections downstairs is really cute and decorated like a classic corner candy store. In the winter don't miss their hot chocolate! Always local high school kids working here and usually really nice.

I appreciated the fact they had a sugar free option. In addition, they also had a section of chocolates made at the premises. Lots of options, but of course they also had a sugar free section. I loved the fact they had options for me to enjoy. Being diabetic, it is hard to enter a place like this and not be able to enjoy something good. I ordered several pieces of their sugar free milk chocolate almond bark. The store had several tables and chairs where you can enjoy your sweets. A very nice place. The staff was very helpful when it came to the sugar free options.

This is like a playground for adults. You have coffee, you have rice, you have tea, you have candy!…read moreWhere do you even start?? The concept behind BD Provisions is a great one - think modernized genera store. You need a teaspoon of a spice, but don't want to commit to a whole bottle? BDs got you. You want one gummy bear (unrealistic but doable)? BDs got you. You want 10 pounds of pancake mix? They got you too. They are also very big into zero waste/reduced waste. They offer eco-friendly package options for customers to use. They even have a mason jar exchange program. You can bring in a mason jar in exchange for one of equivalent size/weight to use in stores. They'll take your old jar and sanitize it for future use. In addition to all the great things above, they carry some pretty unique products. For example, bacon infused olive oil, anise gummy candy, and whiskey syrup. If there is an item you'd like to see and is requested by enough customers, the team will work on getting it in the shop! The only thing is that I wish it was closer to me in Stamford but word on the street is that they have more franchises coming!!

This bulk store has coffee roasting, fresh nut butters, local honey, vinegars, bulk baking (including GF) and so much more! We love their focus and mission on sustainability- You can shop using the mason jars and return them the next time to have them cleaned. Every Saturday if you go into the store, you'll catch their coffee roasting in action, which is always cool to see. They offer a wide variety of gift options and packaging, which I couldn't recommend more upcoming celebrations. They will help you create it or you can put it together yourself too. There is plenty of parking and they have later hours so you can swing by after work (located right off of the Main Street).

''So ladies, Pop, pop, pop…read moreThrow it up'' (Christina Aguilera) After finishing a small bag of Lesser Evil's Himalayan Pink Salt Popcorn, I am in disbelief at how great it was. It had an addictive taste of coconut and salt that is hard to resist. Just 50 calories for a half ounce bag! Just three ingredients: Organic Non-GMO popcorn, organic extra virgin coconut oil, and Himalayan salt. Obviously, not all popcorn tastes the same, and of course popcorn can be produced in a million different ways. There is low-end popcorn and high-end popcorn everywhere. But I'll look you straight in the eye and place my hand on a popcorn bucket of your choice and tell ya, this stuff is fantastic.

I am writing to report a serious quality and safety issue involving a bag of LesserEvil Himalayan…read moreSalt Popcorn that I recently purchased from Sam's Club. My five-year-old granddaughter was eating the popcorn as a snack when she suddenly began choking and gagging. After she spit out the popcorn, I examined the product and discovered a long grayish-blonde strand of hair wrapped around and embedded into several pieces of popcorn. Upon closer inspection, it appeared that the hair had been baked directly into the product during the manufacturing process. This was an extremely disturbing and frightening experience. The popcorn became lodged in her throat because it was attached to the hair, creating a choking hazard. Fortunately, I was able to act quickly and help her expel the obstruction before the situation became more serious. Had an adult not been present, the outcome could have been much worse. Finding a foreign object of this nature in a food product is completely unacceptable. Beyond the obvious sanitation concerns, this incident presented a legitimate safety risk to a young child. As a result of this experience, my granddaughter is now afraid to eat popcorn, and our confidence in the safety of your product has been significantly shaken.
