I bought a Chain Saw and the young man was helpful in helping me decode the Stihl nomenclature. The issue was it took him probably 20-30 minutes to "prep" the saw. Which is just filling the premix gas tank and bar oil tank. My total time in the store was 52 minutes with only part of that shopping time. There were only 3 people working in the store that I could see and the person at the register didn't know how to take a personal check from the person at check out in front of me and had to call on the radio and get help for that. Then I was paying some cash for my purchase and the balance on a card and she didn't know how to do that either. So another wait as she calls again for assistance. Check out was a very long procedure but not as bad as the saw prep time. Everyone seems to be untrained or brand new.

When I went to view the link that I had initially ordered from, which I saved screenshots of, it had been completely deleted. In an email, someone from this business justified the inaccuracy with the excuse that they were physically unable to change the inaccurate description to the accurate one before listing this item. Instead of admitting any fault whatsoever when confronted with their blatant error, the reps of this business gaslit me, said the product was described correctly, then changed their return policy to include "item must be in original packaging" despite absolutely zero mention of this on their website, despite the 'original' box not actually being original packaging. Rather than deal with utter twits with no professionalism, I'm going to reconfigure my bike to adapt to this incorrect part which I received through no fault of my own, which will now cost me money. This is a small-minded business run by small-minded people who do not care if they inconvenience you. I don't know if that's the status quo of this area, but personally I'd avoid.

The young man didn't push us to buy something there, instead saying that his job was to help us find what fit our needs, even if it was something we'd have to buy online. This was one of the best experiences I've had where I ended up walking out of a store empty-handed. Definitely going to keep this place in mind for the future!
