I almost never review businesses I come across that are bad, but this one I had to. I would give…read morethis business a negative zero rating if I could. The receptionist in the Spring Valley office is extremely rude and vulgar. she has a very bad and gross attitude. I walk in to try to do a Notary signature. I don't know her and never met her. I ask for the price, she gives me a different price than she quoted me on the phone. When I ask why, she said it's because it's under oath. I reflexively said a mild curse word, not directed at her, just because the price was higher than thought. She immediately lost her temper and said please don't curse in my office, I have the right to refuse you service. I was stunned at this point. I said no it was just a reflex and a joke. Didn't mean anything. She said let me see your ID. So, I got my ID and put it in front of her. She freaked out again and said now I'm really going to refuse you service. I said what? Are you serious? She said yes I will not tolerate you using language in my office and throwing your ID at me. I was shocked by this behavior. I certainly did not throw my ID, I placed it in front of her, she was sitting down and I was standing. I said ok then you can go F yourself. You're not getting my business. She said I don't want your business. I mean if she's going to accuse me of having certain language, I might as well just do it, so I'm truly guilty of it. So, I left. I mean the audacity of this representative to treat me this way over what? What did I do? First you upcharge me then you refuse me service. I have no idea how they allow her to be in customer service with this bad nasty attitude. She needs to be fired!!!!! Not to mention the place is in a very bad part of town with no parking. I a I'm definitely reaching out to the manager to inform them of this incident.

I was in my car waiting for my 8 year old son to finish boxing next door. About 20 minutes later, a woman comes to my window and rudely asks if I'm paying my registration- to which I reply "umm no?" I could barely hear her as my window was closed. She then gave me a dirty look and said I needed to my car if I wasn't. I got out and noticed she placed a makeshift handwritten sign in front of my car that said "McKee's parking only". I understand parking is tough here, but a little kindness goes a long way. I had my 4 year old daughter in the car waiting with me and this woman's demeanor scared my daughter. I had to explain that some people don't have manners and only know to be rude. Had she just asked nicely or explained that her business was now open and needed the spot, I would have gladly obliged. I guess this is what's to be expected when people can't be trained on customer service or common decency. I want to be clear that the business was closed when I arrived and parked. She placed the sign there after about 20 minutes of being there. I had the sun shade on my car as me and my daughter were sitting in the sun.
