How this company has five stars I will never know. We have been with them for years and I usually have to do the work!! I am so angry at them for dropping the ball that cost us more money. They sound nice but do not do what they say they will do and they never, NEVER shop for good prices on policies. Again we had to do that, and got what we needed at a lower price, independently. Errrr! We've been with them for years and now are being treated like crap! read more

Mainline Ins. has been very good to us for quite a few years. We have our general liability for contractors with them. Every year when we renew they provide the updated certificates for our 30 clients. We have a particular one who is very particular and hard to deal with, but the girls at the office have handled it very well. A special thanks to Janette, Cassandra and Erica who (lately) have had to deal with this particular one. And of course, to Ralph who has provided the best carriers for our business. read more

Ramses is always there to help me I have never had better customer service from an insurance company that comes even close read more

Rosale is the best. I saved a bundle switching to mainline. Plus the service on certificates is above par. I get my certs sent out very quickly. Totally impressed compared to other companies I have dealt with. Personal service is second to none. I have never gotten the old bate and switch I have seen over the years with other people. Premium is fairly disclosed and no broker fee. My other company was hitting me with that plus inferior overpriced high commission policy. If you want straight up service you go to Rosalie and no extra crap just plain insurance and certs. read more

I've been with mainline insurance now for almost 3 years . We've been in business since 2016. , so far this is the best insurance brokerage that I've ever experienced . They are very polite , courteous, on time and have a great attitude. No problem getting renewals or certificates on their end . I would highly recommend ! read more

I made mistakes with improper coverage and brokers that over promised and under delivered in the past. Mainline is the opposite of that. We have a conversation about what is really needed, not just about what is the cheapest (though they are super reasonable as well). They have made sure I have been properly covered, and I have even been in the unfortunate situation of needing that coverage. No problems. A+ service. I send all my friends and family here. Do it. read more

Used this company for 4 years, every year I had to remind them my policy was getting close to renewal. Well this year my business is booming with all the rain and my policy expired. I left several messages for Ralph with no return calls. Now I am left scrambling for a new broker without being covered and with a lapse in coverage. Thanks to Mainline Insurance. read more

Rosalie is fantastic to work with! She is thorough always on top of things with our account she remembers our concerns, reviews coverage points to see if we want to make changes. She's usually a step a head of me and ALWAYS pleasant, professional and resourceful - she knows her work! To top that off she's become my friend over the years for such great service and her work. If you need commercial insurance call Rosalie, you'll be glad you did! She'll get you covered and you'll enjoy working with her. read more

I have worked with the wonderful Rosalie Williams for the past 5 years now. She has always managed to beat out the quotes I have received through Hiscox. Most recently, Rosalie was able to not only find me a General Liability Insurance Policy cheaper than my previous policy, but also a policy that was almost a whole whopping $600 cheaper than Hiscox's quote! Rosalie is a pleasure to work with and she is quick! She is responsive and I know I can rely on her if I run into any problems or uncertainty. I highly recommend Mainline Insurance Services. I have always carried insurance for my business, but I realize now after meeting with Ralph Rivera in Chula Vista that I was paying too much or did not have the proper coverage. I am thankful to have been referred to Ralph and thoroughly impressed with his customer service, wisdom, and attention to detail. read more
