Allstate has agreed to pay $450 Million for a class action settlement, and another class action lawsuit was filed against Allstate in July of 2022. According to a letter I received from Allstate Insurance Company: The Steven F. Hovland Agency has partnered with the deceptive online auto insurance quote website quotza.com. This website falsely and deceptively promises on page 1 there is a tool on that website the visitors can use themselves to see and compare auto insurance quotes from top auto insurance companies, and that information regarding the insurance companies comparison quotes is provided by quotza.com. This of course is all a lie and a con job to get visitors to enter their information, believing they can access and see this auto insurance quote comparison tool that does not exist anywhere on the 10 pages of the website! After visitors enter their information on the first 9 pages of the quotza.com/Allstate (partner) website: then, they go to page 10 where they enter more information, and there is still no auto insurance quote comparison tool as promised on page 1. Then, at the bottom of page 10, after the information at the top of the page is filled out and all the visitor's information: for the first time in 10 pages, there appears a TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) disclosure statement never before mentioned, that tells the visitor to the website that by clicking the below "Get Quotes" button they consent to receiving calls, texts, robo/pre-recorded calls, etc. even if their phone number is on the Do Not Call Registry. Basically visitors have to surrender their protections afforded them by CALIFORNIA UNWANTED CALLS LAWS, the TELEPHONE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT (TCPA) and THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, and be bombarded with telephone solicitation phone calls, texts, robo/automated calls etc.. Of course none of this was mentioned anywhere on the first 9 and 1/2 pages, after they already have all your information. I visited the Allstate/Steven F. Hovland Agency partnered quotza.com website looking for auto insurance quotes, but I did not give consent by clicking the "Get Quotes" button. Instead, I closed the website window on my browser. However, even though I did not give consent, according to the letter I received from Allstate Insurance Company: the Steven F. Hovland Agency hired telemarketers to use the information from the Allstate/Steven F. Hovland Agency partnered quotza.com website anyway, to bother and frustrate me with telephone solicitation calls, even though my phone number has been on THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY since 2006. If you want to trust your insurance and financial needs to an agency whose character it is to practice deception, and violate CALIFORNIA UNWANTED CALLS LAWS, the TELEPHONE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT (TCPA) and THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, that is your problem now because you have been warned!

    This is my account since switching to Adriana's Insurance from Bristol West…read more So, I was involved in a vehicle accident at the time that I had Bristol West' motor vehicle Insurance. Although I was paid up in full at the time of the accident, Bristol West denied that I was paid and therefore claimed that I had no insurance. My license was suspended and I was forced to pay for an SR22 as well as paying higher insurance rates as a direct consequence of this mishap. After researching Bristol West, I found that Bristol does this to many of their clients. "AFTER SWITCHING TO ADRIANA'S" So, I switched to Adriana's and I am so ESTATIC that I did. For one, I absolutely and give thanks to my agent, "KARYME". She works in the Escondido location. One look around and you can tell that she is in high demand as an agent, and I can absolutely see why. She is just incredible. Our insurance plan was supposed to end up being more expensive but is was actually lowered. Its about 20.00 CHEAPER now than it was before switching. And this is after having to pay for both insurance, and an SR22 policy on myself, together. All the while, still retaining the same insurance plan and amount of coverage. I feel genuinly SAFE and SECURE with my agent karyme and with Adriana's in whole. As long as she's my agent I will never switch to another insurance company again. Which is a HUGE DEAL to me. It's nice knowing that your back is really covered in times like these. Switching to Adriana's feels like a breath of fresh air. Not only did Karyme really know her material, she also genuinely goes out on a limb to save you money. Not only that but to me the best part is that she she is very personable. She truly cares. She really makes you feel welcome, as if you were a friend that she's known for decades. She makes you feel like less of a client and more like family. I don't know about other people's experiences with other agents, but I can say that my experience, with my agent, in this company has been nothing short of phenomenal in every area. If you're in the Escondido area and need insurance then I'd absolutely head to Adriana's and ask for Karyme. And if you see this, thank you for making this part of my life easier and secure.
