I emailed and called for 2 solid months without one single returned call or email. She had only been my agent for less than a year and this was the first time I needed her. But I called and emailed non-stop for 2 months without one single reply. It has now been 5 months and I've even reached out multiple times to corporate. Still have not gotten one returned email or call. If you want an agent to ever respond in 6 months then find someone else.
