My Farmer's Agent before I found Nikki Kincaid always responded to my annual renewal question the same way when I asked him the same question each and every year at the time of my policy renewal. My annual question was "do we need to disclose to the insurance underwriters that we no longer have traditional tenants and had moved into the extended stay world of corporate housing". My prior agent being the "nice guy" would promptly respond "no problem (just sign the contract)". Nikki on the other hand would have nothing to do with taking the easy, non-ethical path to selling an important insurance policy. She insisted on pursuing a brilliant strategy with full disclosure. I can finally rest easy knowing that I have honest coverage and no longer have that persistant worry that my insurance will not cover a financially, devasting accident (too much equity in one building). I emailed and called for 2 solid months without one single returned call or email. She had only been my agent for less than a year and this was the first time I needed her.
