Initially, Randolph acted like they were trying to help and contacting the company that made the floor, but after three years of my having to follow up monthly I have been sent to their distributor who can't do anything. Overall, we are very happy with the quality of the work and the customer service provided by Amir. The carpet and waterproof vinyl installations both went smoothly. The crew worked efficiently and finished the jobs in a couple of days. The hardwood flooring project took a frustrating turn, but Amir ultimately resolved it to our satisfaction. The crew installed the hardwood in summer 2023 and shortly afterwards much of it shrunk and developed creaking. After a lot of back and forth with Amir and the manufacturer, Renaissance replaced the problem areas. My wife and I appreciated Amir's professionalism and integrity. Our townhouse's flooring is now so beautiful thanks to Renaissance!

I reached out to ND and another company based on the recommendations of coworkers. I did have to circle back fairly regularly to keep the ball rolling, but we selected New Diener's because their quote was hundreds of dollars less than the competitor. Mark Dubin (owner) and Miguel did an amazing job getting the job done quickly and thoroughly, even though I know it was a really small job for them relative to a lot of what they do - Mr. Dubin always made me feel prioritized. The seam is very hard to see and I'm thrilled with the result. I just wanted to recommend New Diener's because I am so happy with the job they did and Mr. Dubin is a true pleasure to work with (and, impressively, he makes architect level floor plan drawings for each of the jobs). He was willing to come at the end of the work day or weekends to ensure I didn't have to leave work midday and was always on time and very responsive. So, if you need carpet work, I can't emphasize enough how pleased I was with New Diener's - I really hope they stay in business a long time!
