Astonishing levels of disrespect I received as a concerned citizen today was incomprehensible. There was large amounts of smoke billowing out of their new location was concerning and smelled like something was on fire. I approached their entrance and opened the door to be greeted unpleasantly by 2 "men" standing inside telling me they are closed and to leave, I tried to explain that I was concerned about the smoke and their well being. They responded with a disrespectful tone telling me that they are roasting coffee beans and that I should know that it smokes. For one I'm a coffee enjoyer and I can tell you I would never drink coffee that smelt like that. After the disrespect I received today and after reading up on some of their previous political views they have made public through their business I can say confidently I will not return to their business to pay for anything. 0/10 the worst in the business I cannot imagine having to deal with that before my cup of coffee in the morning. read more

Quaint little coffee shop with a super bright vibe that will brighten your day the second you walk through the door, they do have some breakfast sandwich options but are only in like a warmer so once they run out they run out however their pastries are really good. We had breakfast here and it's the best food I've had in that little group of shops. The bacon cheddar quiche was fantastic and the mocha latte was one of the best I've had. The large dining area was surrounded by a water view. It was easy to order and find a place to sit down and eat. I would put this at the top of the list for breakfast. read more

This location includes a cozy and vibrant atmosphere with a huge open window on the Delaware river highlighting the greenery of the plants that are thoughtfully placed around the space. The yellow sofas add a pop of color that contrasts nicely with the floral wallpaper, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. Hang a right at the "Boycott China, Trump 2020" sign and you'll get to the best coffee shop in Sullivan County, run by two very nice married men. The cold brew is perfect and they also sell some great croissants and pastries from Beach Lake Bakery. We actually went to Beach Lake right before this and asked where to get coffee and instead of recommending this fine establishment they suggested a Dunkin Donuts and another random place further away than 2 Queens. Whatever, just go here any time you need coffee in Sullivan County. read more

19 days ago I reviewed 2 Queens coffee which I gave them five stars. I've gone several times since I've been here for the month. I'm gonna be taking back my five stars. Coffee was good. Muffins were good atmosphere is nice but the staff is not I found them pretty rude especially one! I was over charged on one occasion, every time I went in the price was different, I got the same coffee and muffin! I brought it up to the young woman behind the counter. And she was very rude! Awesome little shop in Narrowsburg. Stopped in for a cortado and got a (beautiful --- one of the nicest coffee bags I've ever seen) bag of Kenyan to take home -- just super on both fronts. By far the most serious coffee shop in the area, but doesn't take itself too seriously!!! Loved the ambiance inside and really fun to watch them roast in house. Don't be deterred by the strip mall environs! Delicious freshly roasted coffee, local honey, and smiling faces await you! Quality and attention is in every detail. Set in an innocuous strip mall outside Narrowsburg, this gem of a coffee shop would be right at home in Brooklyn, and I wish that's where they were, lol, right on my block. The store is cozy and inviting, the coffees sophisticated, the staff super friendly, and the range of pastries impressive. What a great find! We had just come back from the Callicoon Farmer's Market and needed a jolt for the ride home. I decided to try a more exotic beverage than my usual coffee, black. The knowledgeable and friendly owner was very helpful explaining the many cool coffee drinks they offer. I settled on a Cortado which I believe is an espresso shot with steamed milk. What an absolutely delightful taste experience! And the ice coffee for my wife was delicious! Both the young lady who made my drink and the owner really made our afternoon (and also kept us awake for the ride home). read more

I returned four of the boxes before the deadline. Due to circumstances, I was unable to return the fifth box until July 17. When I brought it back, I was informed that the deposit would not be refunded because it was past the stated deadline. I understand that businesses have policies, and I respect the need for consistency. At the same time, customer service often requires discretion. Given my history as a loyal customer over the past five years and the fact that all five boxes were ultimately returned, I believe this was an opportunity to demonstrate appreciation for customer loyalty. A small gesture of flexibility would have gone a long way. This isn't really about the $30. It's about whether a business values long-term customer relationships enough to occasionally exercise reasonable judgment when the circumstances warrant it. As a result, I will likely begin shopping elsewhere for the majority of my beekeeping supplies, comparing both price and quality before making future purchases. That is disappointing because I have always preferred supporting a local business over ordering online. Despite my frustration, I have no intention of harming Kutiks' reputation. I will continue to leave my existing reviews because I recognize the value they provide to the beekeeping community. My hope in sharing this feedback is simply to highlight that customer loyalty is earned not only through products, but through the way customers are treated when situations arise that potentially call for a measure of goodwill.

We came to Cocoon for a quick bite after visiting the shops in The Silk Mill.
