So helpful when they didn't have to be. it was around 8:30 to 9:00 on a Friday night Memorial day weekend when me and my daughter were traveling and found a bolt in my tire. Knowing that everybody was already closed; I went over to Auto Zone to see if I could get any suggestions on what I should do. The tire wasn't flatt but I didn't want to drive it and ruin it either. There was A lady in there picking up parts for her husband and it just so happened that they were still open; trying to finish some cars so that could have a few days off for the holiday. I ask if they could help me; and she said yes; just follow me to the garage. We pulled in and her husband didn't even hesitate. Didn't act like he didn't have time for us at all; when I know he didn't. He plugged the tire and wouldn't let me pay him!! WOW!! It's so good to know that if we or any woman traveling in this area needs help; that there is a place to go where you can get help and not get ripped off. There are very few places left like this!! We all know lawyers and mechanics get a bad rep as a rule but this is not the case here. We have been using these folks for over 2 years and we trust them with our vehicles. Not only were they very kind and understanding regarding the difficulty in affording certain repairs but they allowed us to make payments until we could pay the total. They did not do any repairs unless they felt it was the RIGHT one. Every individual that we have worked with, from front desk, the young lady answering the phones or the guys doing the repairs, have been a joy to work with. need a reliable HONEST car repair place. NOT 2 guyz thieves north of town. to many so-called professionals around here will lie cheat and other wise scam us for money. had my suburban towed to them for dying on the side of the road with the instructions fix it.. and go over the AC. they claimed it was a sensor - ok fix it. $700 plus later we picked it up running rough as a cob - I said so to younger fellow (I assumed employee as he came past me after looking at another car and went into the garage.) he merely shrugged his shoulders and kept walking. I drove it home thinking they must had fixed it, and it was stale gas from sitting waiting to save up the money for repairs after getting first tow to home before towed again to 2guyz . bad gas NOT the case... contacted then to let them know so they said bring it back. this time they diagnosed it as bad head gasket - claimed with leak down numbers.. on BOTH heads -- so I am to believe both gaskets blew at the same time. reply was you need a NEW engine. hubby being a mechanic over 60 years we know this is a lie if just head gaskets. so then they claim they scoped it and it was entire engine .... ok well how much to fix it. not fixable.... and they claim here's the big lie !! they said WE MUST have messed it up getting it out of there as it was running perfectly when they ''fixed'' it. We were stuck at WalMart on Friday afternoon late. WalMart refused to help with the issue of our battery and our car just stopped running. We had bought the battery from Walmart initially. I called 2 Guyz and spoke with Misty. She went right back and told Luke of my issue. Within 10 minutes, Luke was at our location, got our car started and led us to his garage. He told me he would get right on the issue since it was our only vehicle. Luke seemed to think it was the alternator, which we had replaced by another shop. It was and they got the parts place to replace the defective alternator with another at no charge to me!! These guys are GREAT!! Joslyn calls me today (Saturday) at 2:00 and tells me my vehicle was fixed and ready to go. I was expecting the worse, but to my pleasant surprise, the work was done at a VERY reasonable cost and it came with a 24 month/24000 mile nationwide warranty. These GUYZ are lifesavers and have earned my business as long as I own a car. Honest, caring, courteous and trustworthy, a combination that is rare in todays world.
