This should be a zero star review…read more Change in management has been an absolute disaster. An order (2 blouses) had been misplaced by prior manager, but they kindly called me when it was found. Unfortunately the management had changed by the time I was able to pick them up and the new team told me that all "unmarked" items were THROWN AWAY. No apologies and no compensation were offered. STAY AWAY!! They have no respect for their customers

I left a $1,000 denim and leather jacket for spot dry cleaning to take make-up off the denim collar, and they put the jacket through a washing machine and completely ruined it. Not only did they ruin it, but while washing it one of the sewn in shoulder pads fell off, and they charged me to sew it back on. This was before telling me they washed it, I thought it had just fallen out somehow. But upon receiving it back, it was clear what they did. They washed something that should never have been washed, and ruined it. Then charged extra for fixing something they ruined. The leather is now pealing, and the color of the leather bled into the denim and stitching. Heart breaking.

This is the best dry cleaners that I have done business with during my lifetime…read more I dropped off a half dozen items to be laundered. Of these items, there was a two- piece dress with jacket that was purchased by my late husband. The jacket was trimmed in what appeared to be black leather but turned out to be plastic. Over the years, the plastic became fragile. I happened to wear the dress while working as a background actor and noticed the peeling of plastic. When I dropped off my clothes, it was explained to me that they could not repair the jacket. They suggested that I take it to an establishment who specializes in handling such repairs. When I picked up my laundry, I left it on my valet. I did not want to deal with the jacket. Almost two months have passed since I touched my laundered clothes. Today, I decided to put the clothes into my closet, and I was SHOCKED! I cried! Choi's Valley Cleaners had removed ALL of the plastic from around the collar running down the front of the jacket, the pockets and the sleeves with black fabric. They never said anything to me when I picked up my laundry. Rather, they pulled all my clothing together and I paid. The person who helped me smiled and said have a nice day. Choi's Valley Cleaners went beyond customer service. I will be grateful to them the rest of my life. They understood how important the dress was to me and went out of their way to preserve it.
