POSSIBLY THE MOST HONEST AND SKILLED MASTER PLUMBER YOU WILL EVER FIND…read more After our 11 year old dishwasher sprang a leak and destroyed our kitchen flooring, I had to make an emergency purchase to replace it - right before Christmas. When the big box store sent out their non-English speaking crew to deliver and install our new dishwasher, they did me a huge favor. It was the end of the day (Saturday night at 8:00), and they found the excuse they were looking for to call it a day and leave without completing the installation. The next Monday, I began calling around and was quickly reminded of how badly the big plumbing companies like to gouge consumers like myself. To make matters worse, they are not all sending out licensed plumbers, but they will charge 3x-4x the price of any smaller independent company with licensed, Master Plumbers. Thankfully, I found Bella T's. Justin was able to squeeze me in the same day, without any upcharge for doing so. He came to the house on-time as scheduled, and immediately got to work removing the old unit and installing the new. In the process of doing so, he pointed out some serious issues that he saw with the PVC drains below our sink and made a good recommendation for fixing. There is no way on earth that the Home Depot crew would have caught this, and there is also no way they would have taken the time to properly install the new dishwasher with the same level of care and diligence that Justin showed. I will definitely be calling him back to do that work he recommended, because he explained it in clear English - and I now understand why I have gone through three garbage disposals in less than seven years. He also recommended that I get a leak detector for beneath the new dishwasher to prevent a similar mishap in the future - something I wasn't even aware existed. Here's the real deal, though - he knew I was in a bind, and could have tried to take advantage of me but didn't. In fact, when I asked him about payment by credit card vs cash and offered to pay a service charge for credit card payment since I was strapped for the latter, he refused to take it, pointing out that he finds it unethical for other companies to do so. In today's world, where greed seems to rule the day, it is so refreshing to find someone who keeps his word, takes tremendous pride in his work, and charges a fair but extremely competitive price for his services. I would never consider using anyone else after my experience with Justin.

My wife and I would 100% recommend Bella T's to anyone based on our experience! Our old tanked…read morewater heater finally died so we needed a conversion to tankless unit. Bella's was very easy to work with and all of their pricing is listed on the website. No annoying salesmanship or BS. I did some shopping around and I can confirm there's no better value than Bella T's. Justin did all the work himself in a single day (including removal of the old water heater and all the repiping and venting) and did a really great job! The new water heater looks awesome and he answered questions and explained it all before. I had him knock out a few other smaller projects as well and I was surprised he got to it all in one day! Finally, Justin is extremely knowledgeable/skilled and a great dude overall. Bella T's is the epitome of the local "mom and pop" company doing honest quality work for a fair price. I am definitely calling Bella T's for all future plumbing/water heater work!

There's a reason why Puroclean gets five star reviews!…read more After a burst pipe caused two waterfalls coming from the ceiling directly into our spare bedroom the first week of winter vacation, I gave Puroclean a call to help with cleanup after realizing I was way over my head and seeing their reviews on Yelp. Although they were busy with many other burst pipe cleanup calls due to the extreme cold weather we had just experienced, Chase was at our home within an hour of my initial call. He immediately put my mind at ease and developed a game plan to return things back to normal. Chase and Anthony visited each day for a week to check on progress, move equipment around and gave me updates along the way. They have great communication, always let me know when they would arrive and were absolutely amazing to work with every step of the way. I hope I never need their services again, but in the unfortunate circumstance that I do, I wouldn't hesitate a nanosecond to give them a call. A truly class act company.

We went through our insurance company on a damages and they sent out PuroClean for the estimate…read more The estimate overlooked multiple items that needed repair and they had to go back and forth to readjust which delayed the project. After I had sent the the flooring selection they had attempted (possibly an honest oversight) to install lesser quality flooring in a completely different shade that I had sent them. Had I not caught it, it would have been in stalled. I was given multiple assurances that the project would be finished in time so that our tenant would not be homeless. Needless to say that deadline was not met 4 months after the water damage on a project that was not huge. Communication started great until we started to just be told what we wanted to hear without any follow through. I would not recommend working with this company at all.

We saw that Breathe Fresh had good ratings, and their prices were competitive, and so, we gave them a call. We are happy we did. Bobby came to clean our ducts and he was very nice and knew his business. Lots of hustle out of Bobby and he was careful with the furniture around our registers. I've had our ducts cleaned a couple of times, by different companies, but I do not remember them being as thorough as Bobby. Bobby started upstairs, worked each register and ducting, then moved to the main floor, and then ended up in basement, all while having the huge vacuum pulling all the dust out. We also had him spray the anti-microbial/deodorizer spray in our ducting. The price quoted was what I paid, no up-charging attempts at all, which I've seen from other companies. We are very happy with the outcome and will be calling these folks again in the future.

They charged a $199 diagnostic fee just to show up, then $600 for a new fan that the technician admitted might be underpowered for our home's size. To make matters worse, they charged $150 for a 3-day test that showed the levels were still dangerously high. Instead of taking responsibility for the poor installation, a second technician replaced another part and told us it would be another $150 to re-test and see if it actually worked. And we were recommended to buy a radon detector from Amazon! A reputable radon company should stand by their work and ensure safety standards are met before walking away with nearly $1,000 of the customer's money. Avoid if you want the job done right the first time.
