Fountain drinks are self accessible, but the lids were hard to find & are actually in the small space to the left of the dispenser. Sauces & condiments are easy to access. No extra napkins were available except by requesting more from staff. Our eats-- Tri Tip Buck with caramelized onions Smokehouse BBQ Buck Combo with Fries & Fountain Drink Kids Hamburger Slider Meal (added cheese) with Fries & Fountain Drink The food arrived hot & was very tasty, especially with their sauces. Some dings are that there was a notable delay in getting the kids meal after our other orders arrived, which as a parent, I would've preferred arrived first. So we chose to use the reward at that time and got free burnt ends as an appetizer! Delicious and tender! Our food came out shortly after.
