I had my car towed over, and from the moment I got there, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Israel, the owner, took a look at my car right away! He replaced several parts for a fair price, kept us in the loop the whole time, and quickly figured out what was going on. I ultimately decided to get my car towed back to Houston. He let me keep the car there for a couple of days while I arranged a tow, held onto the keys, and personally gave them to the tow truck driver and sent us photos/updates when they arrived. Israel went above and beyond. He was seriously amazing--so kind, understanding, and genuinely helpful and knowledgeable when I needed it most. My husband and I both got oil changes. And it happened in less than 20 minutes and all of the staff was very friendly. They advised us on the services provided and the additional services that they recommended. They did not pressure us to get them. I will definitely be back to this location. I went to get an alignment here as it's a local business and wanted to support, however, they did not perform the alignment. Reason for it was bad ball joints. I understand and this is normal procedure and many shops will deny the service for this. But they still decided to want to charge me $80 dollars for "checking the vehicle" the alignment is $120 by the way. After arguing that this was outrageous the lady cordially and correctly did not charge me the $80 dollars.

I was thinking I just told you the problem and offered a solution to fix it smh. So now on my brand new front suspension I just rebuilt I have a blown boot which will get water and dirt etc in the tie rod. I told him I would just fix it myself and never mind. Ridiculous
