I personally could not see any real damage but did not know if that was due to my lack of knowledge with roof repairs. After waiting to see if we saw anything of concern and still getting told almost every other day our roof was severely damaged, we decided to get our roof inspected by a roofing company that didn't seem to be in the area looking for targets. Roof done 2/2024. I…read moreregret choosing Rhoden Roofing. The roof may be fine, but the experience was frustrating and disrespectful from start to finish. Communication was terrible. After signing the contract in December, I didn't hear from the project manager, Chris Johns, once--not until the roof was finally installed in February. Every time I called the office, they said Chris would call me back. He never did. I should have known from the beginning when Chris made an inappropriate comment, telling me I "can't use the money for a Disney trip." That was out of line and condescending. Given how dismissive the whole process was, I can't help but wonder if I wasn't taken seriously because I'm a woman or a minority. No one explained what to expect, how the installation would work, or even gave me a heads-up before workers arrived at my house. I had to call multiple times just to figure out the next steps. When the crew finally showed up, I wasn't even notified. To this day, I'm still finding nails in my yard. If you don't mind being ignored, talked down to, or left guessing at every step, Rhoden Roofing is the company for you. Otherwise, I'd strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
