I had a special drive-in concert to attend and wanted to feel my prettiest. I made an appointment with Sarah to get my nails done and then couldn't resist getting the full pedicure treatment as well. There were Covid precautions put in place, I was impressed with ability to be safe but still comfortable. Sarah did a gorgeous job on my nails, I have received SO many compliments. Helen went above and beyond on my pedicure. I was elated and felt ready for LA! I love going to this shop, always a warm and friendly experience that leaves me feeling relaxed and pretty. Edit: Ok guys, I seriously can't express how grateful I am for Sarah. I don't even understand how she intuitively knew what I needed. Not only did she fit me in last minute so that I could get my nails adjusted out of glamour back into the real world but she did it with so much skill. She gave me the exact length, edge, shape and style I have always wanted in order to feel beautiful and feminine while still being capable of functioning in my labor demanding job. I was in awe as I watched her give me a beautiful "at work" version of my stunning "glamour" nails. Please go and support this wonderful family and business in our small town. I would do zero stars due to the horrible customer service. The lady trying to do my nails put my tips crooked. I asked her to fix one and she yanked it off making my nail bleed because she took out some skin. I was in pain she automatically just stuck another tip on top not even disinfecting it and disregarding the fact that it was bleeding. Horrible wont ever go in there again. Not worth it. read more

Often times I go to Ukiah, but sometimes there's not enough hours in the day. This place has been around for a few years, they se to have a high turn over and a few long-timers. I love that Helen remembers me, and she knows I should be in Ukiah with Rose (my Ukiah favorite) .. I can always expect to be offered something to drink and they don't mind my picky ways. They offer waxing (which I have not used), massages too (haven't done that either), gel nails that I love, but destroy my nails, so I stick with the basic pedi. Some chairs need to be replaced, this is not the city and yet I love coming here. They are always busy, so that's got to say something, despite the few negative reviews. Came here last month, I hardly ever get my nails done, i'm talking about once every 2 years. There were fruit flies everywhere I'm surpised one didnt fly into my nail polish. You can clearly tell they were talking negatively about me.. which made me want to walk straight out. The lady was rude about my eyebrows, i do them myself and let them grow out before plucking or waxing. She threw it in my face that they werent perfect and tried to get me to pay her to do it. When i declined she rolled her eyes and clearly talked about me to ger co worker. Rude, very freaking rude. This is why i do my own nails and eyebrows myself. I don't wanna have to write this all the employees are really nice that's not the problem at all however the price gouging is ridiculous. Just for a gel manicure and pedicure it's $90, every time I go in I'm hassled to spend more for the pedicure and every time I say no and yet I'm still charged a random price, sometimes 35 sometimes 45 sometimes 55. The last time me and my friend went my previous gel was not taken off completely, and as a result the new gel that was put over top started to crack. Sometimes it seems the goal is just to get as many people in and out as possible which is understandable but I should for $90-$100 be receiving a gel polish removal and re-application to it's Full service. read more

Went in to have a self love/pampering day... Asked for a simple mani, pedi. Pick out my color (not gel polish) Sit on down to start my pedi.... Lady does 75% of what I asked for... ok. Man comes back with what looks like dark purple...ok... does mani... not paying attention spacing out... I look down.. he painted my nail blue not purple Wtf! Ok.. its ok... not what I asked for but I'll make due.... dry nails 15 minutes... grab wallet to pay.. smug thumb and some others too... Guy comes over repairs thumb paint only Sit under fan light thing 15 more minutes... Ok finally done... How much $50 not $40 because I got gel toes (again did not ask for gel). So i pay n off i go.... So now in walking down the street with purple toes nails & navy blue fingernails... Gel toes I didn't ask for and $10 added to my regular mani-pedi.....that's $1 extra each toe nail. When did they start only painting with gel polish? Because the polish I picked had no indication of being a gel polish... and how the f#$k does someone go to find plain purple polish and come back with navy blue Kevin is letting his business got to shit... I had been hearing bad things about first nail, but I didn't believe it till this last visit... Sadly it's not just the willits salon but the ukiah one too... my friend went to the ukiah one the day after I went into willits and was disappointed as well **There's more I could say about my not so happy mani-pedi experience. This place doesn't have someone greet you at the door or do your nails correctly and occasionally they will argue with you passive aggressively. There eyebrow waxing is pretty good but there tinting is HORRIBLE. There is no difference what so ever. read more

This is the worst Nail Salon I've encountered!!! I've had to come several times bc there's hardly a "Choice" here in Willits!! They are always in a hurry & Never seem to Cater to what the "Customers" wants! My nail shape has came out super square and short on a few occasions! They grind my real nail down to nothing to where it hurts for days!!! I have to repeat myself several times and it still does not get through!! I'm so disappointed in their customer service skills and nail tech experience! So so sad I spend $40 sometimes $50 and walk out so disappointed!!!! However, they sanded my acrylics down so much at the cuticle, its been 3 days and I already need fills. Had ok service here before, but today was awful. Water in foot bath was cold. The first person didn't know how to do zebra stripes so he asked for help- the next person did them and they turned out looking like waves instead of zebra. After multiple pictures I looked up to show them how they should look I ended up doing them myself. When it was time for the leg and foot massage he stared out the window rubbing the rock back and forth on the bottom of my foot not even massaging at all. Then went to put my sandals on before nails were dry and without taking the paper towel out and messed up the zebra stripes on one foot-- so I had to paint my own nails a second time!! I am really curious to know if these people really even went to school or not :/ if you want your nails done I would seriously recommend going to city nails instead. Same prices but they are way better in quality of nail designs and customer service. read more
