Lavender lotion with my new pretty nails!

Absolutely wonderful!! I got the full mani pedi deluxe package with the lavender. Came with a full on calf and foot massage, best I've ever had, hot stones and everything! Such friendly people, clean and professional atmosphere, definitely feel fancy going there. Plus they sent me off with a little care package of lotion and cuticle oil If you're looking for some pampering, this is the place!

First time customer at Tan & Vy Nails Spa. I loved the work that Vy did with my nails. She shaped them perfectly. They are very nice and accommodating. I got ombré with glitter gel polish. The space is super clean and stylish. They played music in the background which made it so relaxing. I can't wait to get a pedicure next time. They didn't have an opening this time around but did call me when an available appointment came up but I was in the middle of cooking lunch so I couldn't go in. Definitely try this place out.

I had an incredible experience with Vy today! She kindly worked me in as a walk-in even though they were busy. Vy did a dip powder manicure for me and made sure I loved the shape, color and experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and kind. What an amazing place. Spa-like. Came to Mendocino from San Francisco and found this place in Fort Bragg. It's new and extremely nice people. Many levels of service. I booked two last-minute appointments at Tan&Vy Nails Spa on my way to a wedding, and they were amazing! They were super accommodating, even adjusting their schedule to fit me in, and gave me the best mani/pedi I've ever had (over 2.5 weeks later, and they still look perfect). I got a manicure & pedicure on 5/3/25. Although I had some difficulty finding the salon because it's located on an alley off of Laurel St. right behind the Socks store (Google maps is not very good with these details - I believe there should be more specificity when indicating the location online), I managed to get there on time. The salon was well appointed and clean. I chose a gel polish for both hands & feet. The service was excellent, the atmosphere friendly, maybe somewhat more expensive than other places but definitely well worth the price. I would definitely recommend this salon. What a wonderful experience! Great to be visiting the Mendocino area and find this gem within the heart of Fort Bragg!! Tan & Vy are meticulous and welcoming. Clean and bright salon with a friendly greeting right as you enter. We are in nearby Mendocino from out of town and my wife wanted to get her nails done before our dinner plans tonight. I had my very first pedicure done a couple weeks ago and I am hooked! They got me in quickly, which is usually unheard of if you're not a regular customer of a business. I called on a Tuesday and I was getting my pedicure on Thursday. Their establishment is very clean and visually appealing. Tan did the actual pedicure while Vy did the artwork. It felt magical. Not only on my legs and feet but the massage chair itself is worth an appointment. Overall very clean, very professional and extremely relaxing. I can't wait to get my next one!! I'm not an expert on pricing but I've heard Tan & Vy are a bit pricier than others in town but in my opinion I think it's worth it. I will gladly pay a little more to have this extraordinary experience again. Oh, and another key point, they aren't gossipy like other nail salons in town. Attentive to detail, quality work, long lasting, professional, clean, and best of all both Tan and Vy are skillful. Like many of us, I wash many hands a lots more than before COVID-19 and the manicure I got from Tan & Vy nails spa 2 weeks ago still look amazing as if it was done yesterday. I got a simple manicure with color, and I was very pleased with the quality of Vy's work--clean lines, even coat, perfect trim, and a great hand/wrist massage! Her young son greeted us with waters upon our entry--the friendly family business vibe is strong here. The massage chairs are top-notch, and they even gave us goodie bags on our way out! Walk slightly down the alleyway and you'll see a beautiful seafoam green building. The salon is nicely appointed, and the staff couldn't be friendlier. I sent them PROOF of their error, showing both what they advertise on their own website and photos of what I actually received, then they stopped communicating altogether. I even offered to take a loss and accept an 80% refund and donate the hair topper to settle the matter quickly. Nothing. I was very patient, but I now truly believe this is a scam operation where they send you cheap goods at a marked up price, even if it's not what you want, and you take a loss either way while they profit. And although they tell you they are based in LA, the product ships from China. False and misleading advertising. Horrendous customer service. The hair topper itself is okay for the price - just not useful at all for me as the base is not big enough to cover all the areas where my hair is thinning. A horrible experience. Never again! I urge caution if you think you are getting a bargain because you may not even get what you purchased and will pay again to resolve the issue. BEWARE!!
