They were able to fit me for a same day appointment for a fill which I super appreciated. Vanna is clearly focused on providing a quality service. She was highly attentive to details of the nail shape etc. expect to pay tourist prices. I live in the Bay Area and don't pay this much for a fill with gel! I got my acrylic and a pedicure. She hurt me 3 times doing my nails. They are not the shape I asked for and I could have said something that's on me, but they are uneven, she rushed through it you can tell if you look closely. I found this place while visiting during Thanksgiving. I was very impressed. Both of the individuals who helped me were excellent. From friendly conversation to a professional gel manicure, I felt that they offered quality service. The place is professional, clean and the service was top notch. The day I was there the owner and her son were there. Her son completed most of my manicure. We had great conversation while he worked and honestly he did a better job at my manicure then the place I normally go back home. I'll definitely be back when I'm back in town. read more

Came in with a friend for a mani pedi before prom. We each got gel polish. The cost for each of us was 123 dollars. Which is the overpriced scam i've ever heard. My nails looked like garbage or in my boyfriend's words "it looks like a child tried to paint your nails." I left and came back in when I realized how horrible it was. They refused to give me my money back and only gave me 20 dollars back. The lady accused me of trying to get free money from her, which is no doubt because she was trying take advantage of my age. Before I went someone warned me saying it's a horrible place to go to. I thought to myself that it must be pretty hard to mess up a mani pedi. But whoever did my nails did just that. My friends nails looked fine. Not anything special enough to cost 123 dollars but they looked normal compared to mine. Which are thick and just ugly. My toes don't look very good either, just something you would expect from a mediocre salon. I cried when I got to my car after I went back in and talked to the lady. It was hard for me to go when I thought I was gonna be paying 80 dollars at most. So to walk out having paid 123(plus a 10 dollar tip) was a disheartening experience. Never going again and wish I just had demanded my money back as soon as I saw my nails. read more

Please don't go! The only reason I'm leaving this review is to save others from a similar experience. Customer service was bad. I showed them a photo of what I wanted. The gentleman nodded and said he'd do it. Half way through I asked him when he would add the paint color I showed him. He laughed and said they don't have it. I showed a picture to reduce miscommunication just like this. So I ended up with a manicure that was nothing like what I wanted :( The two working there were not very respectful to clients and it was way overpriced...especially for a look I didn't ask for. I originally wanted to go to Nutone Day Spa, but their nail tech was booked for days. They recommended another place, but their nail tech wasn't in that day and I needed my nails done today. So after going through Yelp and reading the reviews for this place, I was a little apprehensive and I almost considered driving to Willits or Ukiah to get my nails done. I'm SO glad I didn't! So I got a full set of acrylics, natural looking nails. Vanna was my nail tech and she did a very good job on the nails. She was quite friendly and very speedy. I paid $40 for the set, which was also the cheapest quote I got from every nail salon I called. I'm definitely coming back for fills and maybe a pedicure! read more

I scheduled a pedicure appointment and got the man who works there about two weeks ago. He seemed chatty and all was going well...until. All of a sudden he took his tweezers to one of the veins on the top of my foot and pinched it up really hard up, snap, it was a shock through my body. I asked him why he just did that, and he laughed at me. This guy is sadistic. The nail job he did was fine, even at $50 for just a pedicure I was happy to have them done. However now I have been dealing with a sore foot for over two weeks due to his tweezers snapping at my vein. It has been very painful, and I grappled over leaving a bad review since there are so few nail places here, but since I don't want anyone else to have this happen to them and I for sure will never go back there, I am leaving this review. Do not book with this guy, he is a sadistic guy that I truly hope no one has this happen to them. I am considering filing a complaint with the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology, however as the reviews for Natalie and the other people working here I don't want this business to go under as they do good manicures. Do not get a pedicure from this guy, he is a sadist. read more

I liked this place and thought I could be a regular when I first started coming. The ambiance of the salon is outdated but the people are nice to talk to. My last visit I had a gel pedicure that was grown out and would like another gel pedicure. When I check out my bill was $80. For a pedicure? That is unheard of. Not only that but the owner was talking about raising the cost of service next week "as prices go up." Sadly they lost my service. read more

I am here visiting and I thought a pedicure would be great. So I asked our front counter receptionist at the hotel and she recommended Beautiful Nails. On our morning walk, my husband and I saw the shop so we popped in. There were 3 customers in there and they could accommodate 2 more, so they asked us to come back in 30 minutes. We did. My husband and I both got in the chairs and started our pedicures. Long story, short: -no price list anywhere -no lotion, only baby oil (yuck) -my nails were cut very close to skin 2 times, causing pain (no apology) -water barely warm The polish job was good. But other parts of this service lacked. I was surprised to hear it was $38!!!!! That is the same price as a deluxe pedicure back home, and I leave feeling 10x better. I think the owners took advantage that we were tourist and didn't give us an option of a regular or upgraded pedicure. Disappointing. read more

Dude, $15 extra to shape an acrylic nail from square to coffin?? My nails came off three days later. The lady Vanna was super rude, cut my appointment off to help someone who was apparently a regular (who was just a walk in, while I had an actual appointment). Crappy nails, crappy service and pain. You're not supposed to grind people's nails down until they bleed and don't even get me started on the prices. COMPLETE RIP OFF! read more

The lady didn't even push my cuticles after asking multiple times. They soaked off my previous gel set from somewhere else and then just put new ones on. They were coming off after like 3 days. I had multiple people comment on how bad they were They are not sanitary to the point that I almost left! I would not ever recommend this place! read more
