I sent them PROOF of their error, showing both what they advertise on their own website and photos of what I actually received, then they stopped communicating altogether. I even offered to take a loss and accept an 80% refund and donate the hair topper to settle the matter quickly. Nothing. I was very patient, but I now truly believe this is a scam operation where they send you cheap goods at a marked up price, even if it's not what you want, and you take a loss either way while they profit. And although they tell you they are based in LA, the product ships from China. False and misleading advertising. Horrendous customer service. The hair topper itself is okay for the price - just not useful at all for me as the base is not big enough to cover all the areas where my hair is thinning. A horrible experience. Never again! I urge caution if you think you are getting a bargain because you may not even get what you purchased and will pay again to resolve the issue. BEWARE!!

She is, by far, the best hair stylist I have ever met! Amber is kind, talented, knows her stuff, and ALWAYS takes the time to listen to what you want/need to make sure you leave happy. She won't ever rush her appt just to get you off her chair to see the next person. The first time I went to see Amber a couple years ago, my hair looked terrible because it had been ruined by another not too knowledgeable stylist. Amber not only took the time to fix/correct it, but also left me wayyy better than I thought I could ever look. Since then, I travel over an hr just to see Amber. But I had to listen to women discussing their intimate feminine hygiene issues. I would rather cut my own hair with hedge clippers than go there again. My wife and I have both cancelled upcoming appointments. While leaving the dim bulb behind the counter tried to figure out a cash payment another stylist took my photo while inside their salon.
