She had clear communication and was very easy to work with. I was able to schedule a makeup trial and work with Danielle so easily to achieve the natural beauty look. She does amazing work and made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. My bridesmaids and mother-in-law also enjoyed their makeup and felt beautiful! Danielle is a talented makeup artist and was able to makeup various skin types on the fly! We cannot thank her enough. She even squeezed 6 of my wedding party in for spray tans- which came out very natural looking. HIGHLY recommend for all your skin care needs on the coast.

It's aways such a gamble when you don't know the person, but Danielle put me at ease immediately. She listened carefully and seemed to "get it" right away. Don't hesitate -- I recommend Danielle 100%.

Essentiallyhair sent me the wrong item (the base I received was HALF the size of the advertised…read morebase that I ordered) then they expected me to pay to return it in spite of the fact that it was their error, or accept a fraction of the cost (20% refund) to keep an item I can't use. I sent them PROOF of their error, showing both what they advertise on their own website and photos of what I actually received, then they stopped communicating altogether. I even offered to take a loss and accept an 80% refund and donate the hair topper to settle the matter quickly. Nothing. I was very patient, but I now truly believe this is a scam operation where they send you cheap goods at a marked up price, even if it's not what you want, and you take a loss either way while they profit. And although they tell you they are based in LA, the product ships from China. False and misleading advertising. Horrendous customer service. The hair topper itself is okay for the price - just not useful at all for me as the base is not big enough to cover all the areas where my hair is thinning. A horrible experience. Never again! I urge caution if you think you are getting a bargain because you may not even get what you purchased and will pay again to resolve the issue. BEWARE!!

I've finally found the person to cut my hair for as long as I live here (and I hope that's for a very long time). And, she's a great value! You'll see that she deserves a generous tip. I got married on Sept. 28 and Amir did an amazing job with my hair! When I was searching for a hair…read morestylist in Gualala, CA, I was quite limited in the individuals willing to do wedding hair. A few were unavailable but most were not doing wedding hair any more for one reason or another. When I called Rumors, Amir picked up the phone and immediately said he would love to do my hair for my wedding. Off to a great start! We visited Amir about a month prior to the wedding to do a trial run. I showed him some of my ideas and he expressed it would be super easy to do. He also suggested doing some highlights to make my hair look "sun kissed" which we ended up spending most of the trial doing. They turned out great! Later, when I told him my hair was feeling dry due to the highlights, he gave me specialized shampoo and conditioner to help heal my hair as a wedding present. So kind and generous! The day of the wedding comes and he shows up ready to get to work. He was fun and expressive when he worked on 2 of my bridesmaids and myself. He worked with each of our needs and types of hair with ease and experience. My hair was incredible and exactly what I wanted, a messy, casual bun that had grace! Plus, now here's the best part, it was COMFORTABLE! He used a bunch of bobby-pins but it didn't hurt at all! Even after 8 hours of wedding and dancing and my hair felt amazing! I don't know how he did it but I was very impressed that he was able to make that type of up-do feel good. Amazing work! He was willing to drive to our hotel (St. Orres) as well as go to the venue to do my husband's hair. He even did a great job with my husband's hair and made him look so handsome! Thank you, Amir! I highly recommend him not just for wedding work but for every day cuts!

We recently moved to the Mendonoma Coast and I have curly hair. In my 15 years in the SF Bay Area,…read moreI went to all the top/popular-on-IG curly stylists. The results were great (well, most of the time), but I was so tired of the whole production: scheduling FAR in advance; $140+ for a trim; sitting still for ages as each individual curl was dry cut; shampoo and style no longer included at some places; etc. I figured I'd try someone local and am SO GLAD I did. For half the price I used to pay, I have a spectacular curly cut and get compliments ALL the time. I got exactly what I wanted, with a shampoo, in a straightforward, efficient manner. So relieved!
