I wanted a perm because I killed my natural curls and I have not been happy with just straight hair. There are only 2 hair salons that offer perm and I am so happy I went here. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it down to each curl on my forehead. Nancy is so kind and very knowledgeable. She has been doing hair for a very long time.. which makes her that much more special. I will be back and I am now a loyal customer of Nancy's.

My gosh I am lucky, she is wonderful! Easy to work with, listens to what I want, well rounded knowledge base. Essentiallyhair sent me the wrong item (the base I received was HALF the size of the advertised…read morebase that I ordered) then they expected me to pay to return it in spite of the fact that it was their error, or accept a fraction of the cost (20% refund) to keep an item I can't use. I sent them PROOF of their error, showing both what they advertise on their own website and photos of what I actually received, then they stopped communicating altogether. I even offered to take a loss and accept an 80% refund and donate the hair topper to settle the matter quickly. Nothing. I was very patient, but I now truly believe this is a scam operation where they send you cheap goods at a marked up price, even if it's not what you want, and you take a loss either way while they profit. And although they tell you they are based in LA, the product ships from China. False and misleading advertising. Horrendous customer service. The hair topper itself is okay for the price - just not useful at all for me as the base is not big enough to cover all the areas where my hair is thinning. A horrible experience. Never again! I urge caution if you think you are getting a bargain because you may not even get what you purchased and will pay again to resolve the issue. BEWARE!!

I felt so great all day, huge confidence boost. I got a great cut and I also got a hairstyle I can manage, so I'll still be looking great day after day! (Puppy Lucy is a real sweetheart, it was heartwarming to get puppy kisses as a thankyou at the end of my appointment.)

When my husband came out I could not believe what an excellent job Misael had done. We highly recommend him, he is a great barber !!
