She won't ever rush her appt just to get you off her chair to see the next person. The first time I went to see Amber a couple years ago, my hair looked terrible because it had been ruined by another not too knowledgeable stylist. Amber not only took the time to fix/correct it, but also left me wayyy better than I thought I could ever look. Since then, I travel over an hr just to see Amber.
