Whether you're looking for ultrasound gel, tongue depressors, tape, medical equipment, BEK medical has it all. If they don't have it in stock, you can get it ordered. They are open on the weekends and I found the staff here to be helpful and friendly. Don't forget to check in because when we were here over the weekend, we got 10% off our purchase. It's a little bit hard to find, but they do show up on Google maps. Plenty of parking and they aren't very busy.

I don't understand the level of disrespect, because we as a costumer are purchasing a product and wasn't the correct size we should be able to return it, the employee kept saying that it was used more than ones and giving unnecessary attitude, very bad service. The value of the brace was pretty pricy not at all what the quality should be for the price.

Patient called back over the weekend that it was not functioning. They said for an emergency they have someone call me. They've never called two days Tuesday. They did not delivery the rails for the bed until a few days later and the air mattress a week later. The lift was an afterthought as it arrived after that. The delivery even worse. They only deliver on Mondays so we had to wait a week. They had many typos on their invoices and it wasn't complete. Had to contact the insurance company to find out they had never claimed one of the DME. They did not show up on time as promised the day of the delivery and did not respond to emails sent. Incompetent, not respectful of customers time and dishonest. More than one bad experience means don't use them And the canned answer from management to one of the reviews, is what they also record on their voice mail while you are waiting and waiting for a live person.

I can honestly say the difference has been night and day. From the very beginning, MHE demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, communication, and genuine customer care. They took the time to properly show me how to use my CPAP machine, answered my questions, communicated every step of the process, and even went above and beyond by providing a tutorial to demonstrate how the machine and mask should properly fit and be positioned. The experience was completely different from what I dealt with previously. I never felt like I was just another patient or an insurance payment. I felt like they genuinely cared about making sure I understood my equipment and was comfortable using it. As someone who serves in the military, I especially appreciate companies that recognize and value Service members and treat us with the respect and professionalism we deserve. MHE absolutely exceeded my expectations. I forgot lady who was assisting me. She was a short Hispanic I think with dark hair I forgot her name, but I definitely want to highlight and recognize her because she was the one who assisted me the entire appointment from start to finish. HMEs solution was to have one of their on duty techs have a machine to me in 30 minutes! People focus on problems. Smart companies provide an ideal solution! I was blown away with their service! I even have a backup tank if the electricity goes out! No other oxygen supplier has done that for me! Kudos and a SHOUT OUT to Mark and Israel for their outstanding service! I offered to wait til Monday (it was Sunday evening) because that's what the other company does. These days dont expect too much, and you wont be disappointed in the outcome. But HME raised the bar! 30 minutes!
