The work was scheduled in a timely manner however, the son of the owner came to do the work. He did not have materials and did not start until 11 am. I questioned why he did not level the trailer before repairing the tresses. He said it did not matter. He was a pleasant person but around 230 said he needed to go get his child. He said he would come and finish the next day. It looked like it was going to storm so I suggested we put the particle board inside. He said he needed to go but would cover it up. I moved all the boards inside by myself before it stormed. I was unable to be on site the next day. The trailer was leveled however the front room was not finished (tresses). We Hired another contractor to finish. He stated the obvious that the leveling should have been done first. It created a lot more work since only part of the room was done before leveling. The owner would not return any calls nor emails. Avoid this company. Poor workmanship​.dishonest..and unresponsive. I would give them a one half star!

We loved the addition but it took forever, and was done haphazardly...eg..carpet installed before work was done, resulting in wear and tear on the carpet. Nothing is squared, so closets don't close, doors are crooked. The thing that bother us most? 2 years later it costs us another 1500$ to correct electrical problems. We tried unsuccessfully to reach Lee and Paul to rectify, no response...our cottage could have burned down because of shoddy work installing a dryer...and our extended warranty we paid for on the dryer? Can't use because some one sawed a hole in the side to connect the dryer vent hose. None of the switches had electrical boxes,, we had to completely redo our circuit box.. drywall shows cracks at the tape..My list is long, and heartbreaking...we trusted Lee...what a disappointment.

We had a random water problem that happened 2 days before Christmas. Called our usual places first…read moreand they would either end up charging us for after hours or wouldn't be able to get us in until the next day (during which we had plans to be elsewhere). Gibsons was able to be there within a few hours. Our technician was Jason M. He was polite, knowledgeable, wore shoe covers (I hate having shoes worn in the house, so this was important to me), and seemed pretty thorough. Best of all he wasn't trying to cause problems where there were none. In other words, he thought, based on his years of experience, that watching the problem (to see if it really was a problem) was the best course of action rather than drilling a hole in our ceiling. More than a week later and his hypothesis seems to be holding true. It was nice to be able to have someone come out when we needed a quick assessment. It was even nicer that no extra work (i.e., $$ charges) was done when it wasn't necessary. Based on this experience with Jason M., I would definitely recommend Gibson's to others. (Why not a 5 star then? Well, in a case like this I would prefer to have several positive experiences from a company like this before bestowing the highest possible rating to insure a consistent wonderful experience. Additionally, I usually reserve 5 stars for something that goes far and away, above and beyond, which I would not expect to happen during every visit.)

A friend of mine suggested Travis to me after she had him do some work for her this year…read more I've talked to several mobile RV repair guys in the area and Travis is the only one that has showed up when he told me he would and did the work quickly and at a fair price. He even came back out after completing a replacement of the cooling unit on my fridge and took the time to pull it back out to check for a ventilation problem that kept it from cooling down after it had been put back in and found the problem quickly and fixed it without any fuss or any extra charge. I would recommend him to anyone and would use his services again without a second thought.
