The correct process was not explained to me. By the time I had decided to reach back out to them because I got an email stating there are job openings and they'd like to get in touch, the second person Nikki Howard insinuated that I intentionally skipped the process and gave me "a second chance". But a second chance for what? I was not given any information on how the process goes. A staffing company is supposed to help people land jobs. And honestly, they get a cut if someone gets hired. Her awesome personality kept me focused on what the Workforce solutions has to offer for those of us looking for employment. A lot of items are free and that's a huge plus for those who are struggling to make ends meet with no steady income.
