They have NOT refunded our almost $3000 deposit. We booked them a year in advance, had our tasting (paid), signed our contract and put down our deposit! All we got was an email, to our coordinator not us , apologizing and promising refunds almost a month ago. We were provided the email of who were told was the CEO. I have emailed multiple times and called the DC location and left messages but no response. The email for my original contact bounces back and the number I was given has been turned off. This company has taken our money and is not responding to return it ! DO NOT BOOK THEM.
